L0SS
1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters During either player’s turn, when this card battles: You can have it lose 400 ATK and negate the effects of all Spell and Trap cards on the field until the End Phase (this is a Quick Effect). [hr] This isn't the most imaginative piece of card design ever, but I hope this works out in the way I intended too; in other words, you have this lose 400 ATK to stop anything from countering it until the End Phase, but the loss stays. I wanted to make a Level 7 Synchro, as I feel the selection is a little thin (Black Rose aside). -R4R-
PrimeAceJohn
I honestly really like this card. There's not much generic level 7 Syncs in the meta right now. I only see Black Rose coming out to nuke the field, although there are more, such as Lightning Warrior, Urbellum, etc., they're not really ran as much. I think getting a nice, and much needed level 7 Sync over Black Rose is wonderful. It's not OP or UP, it has a well drawback and defends yourself from Spells and Traps nicely. I mainly love this card because it make an excellent replacement for the constant Black Rose running, (when it is needed). However, Black Rose CAN truly come in very handy under major circumstances, but when you want to summon a card where nuking isn't the best; this card would be great. So I would run 1 Rose and 2 of these, but only if it's a deck that has some tuners. Great card, Plain =D
Therrion
I agree we need a Generic Level 7 with more strength, but this is a little far. I don't mind the effect, but people would synch into Scrap Archfiend for its power due to there being no better option. Straight up outclassing a non-effect Synchro monster in its only shining spot is a little much. Perhaps a 2600ATK Stat wouldn't hurt, especially since it has an effect that isn't straight up bad. 2600ATK and no ATK loss due to the effect? The ATK loss is a little silly, since it only guards your MP2 (most traps would activate during attack declaration, which is before this card battles) and shut down their S/T use during their MP2 if they attack it (though they would know that beforehand and use their spells likewise). Otherwise, I'm fine with it.

I'll give that a whirl. Thanks to the both of you. Much appreciated.
Therrion
I mean, as it stands you could treat it as a 2800 Vanilla Lv. 7 Synchro. As a 2600 without ATK decrease for its effect, you still have the effect present and a good beater that passes the 2500 threshold. Red Dragon Archfiend would be a coutner example provided there was a vanilla Level 8 Synchro with 3000 ATK (there is a Lv. 9 with such attack, and is type specific, but everyone knows Leodrake SUCKS).
