1 Synchro Tuner + 1 or more monsters
Must first be Synchro Summoned, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. When this card declares an attack, cards and effects cannot be activated until the end of the damage step. Once per turn: You can banish 1 Tuner monster from your Graveyard, and if you do, this card gains ATK equal to that monster's ATK, and also, this card gains that target's Effect(s).
OT: Aside from NOT having the most badass name ever, I don't have much problems with this thing. It's a good beater and a rather interesting take on the whole Synchro Tuning concept, being one that isn't a level 10 game ender. Well, it's still a level 8 game ender, but you get my point. The Synchro Summon only bit keeps it from not being abusable in that you have to actually make sure that you're gonna win in that one attack. Even so, I still get the whole "OTK machine" feel from it. The same sort of feel I get when I see cards that are quite hard (but easily exploitable) to summon and has destructive force. So TBH, I don't wanna play against it because the wizards of DN will make an OTK out of this and it will be annoying. It's just an innate problem with all these high ATK, boostable and relatively easy to summon cards have. Although, that said, I want to use in a Synchro-centric deck. Preferably while having Diamond Dire Wolf, Formula and Librarian on the field at the same time.

If we take the example of "Shooting Star Dragon" and "Shooting Quasar Dragon", instead of 'synchro tuner', you must use the wording "1 Tuner Synchro Monster". Also, as in the case of Quasar, instead of the redundant "Must first be" and "cannot be special summoned by other ways", you should use "Must be Synchro Summoned, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways,"-- "Must first be" implies it can be special summoned again. "Damage Step" is a proper noun, and should also be capitalized. Other than that, I see nothing wrong with it. Being able to copy a tuner is pretty rad, if you ask me.

1.  OCG fix on the way.  I'll be sure to do it...  tomorrow.

OF ALL TIME.

2.  Sooooooo, is this card in and of itself fine as-is?

I see no problems with it besides perhaps slightly too much ATK, but eh, it is an Accel Synchro monster so I can't really condemn it for having too much of anything.

The Battle Tuned and copy of effect is interesting, though I don't really know when the copying of the effect would be useful. The banish doesn't seem like a cost as it is chained together with the effect itself, which is nice. Most things I would mention have been covered. Nice job, Sora.

The effect copying was made to support underused Tuners that have decent control-based effects in and of themselves.  Also, if a level 4 synchro tuner were made (hint hint, my new card, wink wink), then he could be used in Morphtronics in conjunction with Remoten.

I just noticed another thing. As it's currently worded, this monster's ATK gain and effect copying are permanent.

More powerful than I initially thought, but still-- it uses a tuner synchro monster, and it's OPT. It quickly becomes a threat your opponent has to focus on neutralizing fast, which is something all Accel Synchro Monsters (or pseudo-accel, in the case of this not requiring synchro non-tuners) should do.

If you're using Morphtronics, I think it'd be pretty hilarious to bring out Life Stream to fake them out, use Level Eater to bring out this.
