2 Level 8 monsters
Once per turn, during either player’s turn: You can target 1 monster you control and detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; equip the detached card to that target. The equipped monster(s) gain ATK equal to half of the original ATK of the equipped card(s) ATK (Spell/Trap Cards have 0 ATK and DEF). If 1 of the equipped monsters would be destroyed, you can destroy the equipped card instead. During the Damage Step, if the equipped monster destroys a monster by battle: You can send the equipped card to the Graveyard; shuffle the destroyed monster into the Deck, also draw 1 card.

This is an unnecessarily complicated card that is still outclassed by hieratic sun dragon and galaxy eyes tachyon. I'm sure you since this card is essentially fairy support that you were probably aiming to make an Xyz that supports dedicated fairy decks that runs Valhalla and Darklord superbia and all that other shenanigans but i dont think something like this is worth spending 2 level 8 monsters for. I would suggest you to change the rank but that will probably ruin your whole concept and even then i dont think it will really matter in the long run. Master Hyperion and Archlord Kristya both outclass this card on their own because of thier easy SS conditions and overall usefulness effect-wise. Anyways, bassically what this does is using its Xyz material, you'd probably use superbia as an Xyz material, as an equip for your weaker fairys, which are most likely going to be agents (or cloudians but i highly doubt that will probably be the case). Than your second target will probably be a stronger fairy-type, like superbia, and if that equipped monster battles you can banish 1 of your superbia's to banish the monster it battles to draw 1 card.... All that work to save a weaker monster. Not only that but using an effect on this card is a waste of resource since it already has high ATK, so basically this is just "banish a fairy-type monster from the graveyard with the same name as the equip card so you can banish your opponents monster that was destroyed by battle and draw 1 card". This is quite literally just a MUCH more complicated version of the Elemental HERO Nova master. Despite all this complication, i dont think its worth running. It does help since it can essentially just make a 0 ATKer like a dead effect veiler become a 2900 beater but even than it's not worth the effort and it's only until the End Phase and your opponent can just run over it after your End PHase. I would make it until the Opponent's End Phase but all that will do is stall and if you'd wanna keep your monster protected you'd litterally waste 2 Xyz materials for no reason, Those level 8's will essentially be stuck in your S/T zone forever and you'd have banish 2 monsters that would rather want to be in the grave instead (unless your setting up for something like a kristya and such).

Now i'm not that good at OCG since i havent made a card in a while but i think its better if you just dumb the wording down a bit so people can understand what the effect actually does. Kinda like this: "Once per turn, you can detach 1 Xyz material from this card: Target 1 monster you control and equip the detached Xyz material to that card. When the equipped monster battles an opponent's monster, before damage calculation; You can banish 1 Fairy-type monster in your Graveyard; The equipped monster's ATK and DEF become the banished monster's ATK and DEF until the End Phase, also, if the banished Fairy-type monster has the same name as the equipped card, when that monster destroys the opponent's monster by battle, banish it, then you can draw 1 card."

I feel like that's much easier to understand than the jumbled of words you have in your card.

How can something that's in the Extra be outclassed? It's suppose to do other stuff then those at other times when you might need it. I might make the monster it targets earn the ATK gain forever instead, that way, it can at least live. Also, it works during your opponent's turn as well, it will continue to target the monster as long as it's on the field, so yeah. I like the way I have worded it, and you also screwed some stuff up in your version. First, you clearly don't know how costs/targeting work, and it's not the way I wanted it either, since it's suppose to make cards miss timing that say "When your opponent activates the effect of an Xyz Monster by detaching an Xyz Material: You can..." (I know such card doesn't exist yet, though it could very well become a reality) If you don't know why that would miss the timing with my wording, I don't think your wording is really worth my time anyway. Second, the ATK gain is opitional, you can choose to only have the banish opponent's monster and draw work, the way you worded it, it's mandatory, which is not the case. A lot of captilazion errors as well, I see you havn't been to my OCG Thread. Well, thanks anyway, I will boost the card with the ATK gain forever instead, that might help it stay alive a lot longer.

EDIT: Updated the card.

It's outclassed because its effect overall is mediocre compared to other monsters such as Galaxy-eyes tachyon. I understand that it is supposed to do other stuff that you might need but can you give me an example of how it will be useful in certain situations since, because of its type support, i cant  see any real reason why this card would be needed in a situation. (I havent played yugioh in a while so i am unfamiliar with some new cards or may have forgotten old cards that can work with this).

Like i said im not an expert at OCG since i havent made a card in a while, let alone review a card or play the actual game as a whole but when you state that my wording makes it mandatory doesnt make sense to me, please explain. I'm pretty sure what i wrote was "Target 1 monster you control and equip the detached Xyz material to that card. When the equipped monster battles an opponent's monster, before damage calculation; YOU CAN banish 1 Fairy-type monster in your Graveyard; The equipped monster's ATK and DEF become the banished monster's ATK and DEF until the End Phase, also, if the banished Fairy-type monster has the same name as the equipped card, when that monster destroys the opponent's monster by battle, banish it, then you can draw 1 card." im pretty sure the you can part makes the banish and draw optional too, unless your stating the first part of the effect which is the detach effect; in that case i apologize for my horrible wording, but can you atleast explain the difference between your wording and my wording as a whole instead of just stating that im wrong. The forever ATK gain makes this much better, my only dislike is that its a level 8 that supports fairys. Not much you can do with that combination but im sure you can enlighten me with that too.

Tachyon rarely works anymore, I don't know about that. It isn't suppose to be the best Rank 8 in the world, it's suppose to do the job. I can't be bothered to read what else you have to say, though I'll keep it as it is for now, since I don't want to break the card completely.

It kinda works for some kind of tech for Fairies, but I think that's about it. Feels kinda meh to me, and I would only run it if I can't find anything else to fit in my Extra. Might be more useful for something like Counter Fairies, or Darklords, but I'm not entirely sure. The detach to equip eff is kinda understandable, although I don't like how it takes up an S/T space. The ATK change is very gimmicky, and you probably need to get a lot of Hyperions stocked in your grave for it to be good. Although, I reckon you could do massive damage with Gachi and Krystia.

With that said, the card is really only good as a beater, and it's pretty meh at that, too. The banish to draw is a -1 and isn't very helpful at all. With that said, changing it so that it sends the equip to the grave makes it a whole lot better, as you can then recycle your big hitters more easily. Also, you can probably change the gain to "This card gains the ATK" instead of change without making it too broken.

I might have it send the Equipped Card to the Graveyard for the draw instead, will change that or something.
