This was an idea I've been thinking about for a while now: Cumulative burn damage with counters. What I mean by a Counter leaving the field is if the Counter was removed by a card effect or the card the Counter was on is no longer on the field.

When this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up: You can discard 1 card; Special Summon 1 Level 1 "Loligun" monster from your Deck and place 1 Ammo Counter on one card on the field. This effect of "Loligun Mission Controller" can only be activated once per turn. When an Ammo Counter(s) leaves the field, inflict 300 damage to your opponent's Life Points for each.[/spoiler]

Your opponent cannot target other "Loligun" monsters for attacks or card effects. When this card is targeted for an attack or card effect: Special Summon 1 Level 1 "Loligun" monster from your hand or Deck and place 1 Ammo Counter on a card your opponent controls. When an Ammo Counter(s) leaves the field, inflict 300 damage to your opponent's Life Points for each.[/spoiler]

Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach any number of Xyz Materials from this card; place Ammo Counters on 1 card your opponent controls, up to the number of Xyz Material detached for this effect. When an Ammo Counter(s) leaves the field, inflict 400 damage to your opponent's Life Points for each.[/spoiler]

I really like this archetype! Well-balanced with enough protection and swarming capability to be playable while not stuffed to the brim with powerful effects right off the bat. You've constructed a unique strategy with a unique goal, all while not becoming Spellbooks or Dragon Rulers, which is nice to see.

 

To round out the set, I would love to see a Level 5 or two which has a similar effect to "Onee-Sama" except with only the capability to destroy 1 card with Ammo Counters. That way, there would be a little more flexibility, and the deck wouldn't be as reliant on the chance of drawing "Onee-Sama". Also, I feel like the Xyz could use a bit more Ammo Counter placing capability. You could consider allowing her to place 2 Ammo Counters for every Xyz Material detached. That's all completely up to you though. I really like this archetype as it is.

 

If you are planning on making Spell/Trap Cards for these, I can see a ton of possibilities ... maybe a "Loligun Battleground" Field Spell that loads opponent's cards with Ammo Counters whenever they battle! xo Or something like that. I really like how you made them feel like a team and not just a scatter of cards with similar names. Great job! Oh, and the artwork is fantastic. :D

The Xyz could do that, I think I'll make it do that. Recruiter is able to grab Onee-sama when needed, but I suppose one more would be good and it'd be a good place to fit in a some more swarming ability by giving it a swarm effect of some sort. I'll probably only make a few more cards. Thanks for the review.
