Dream Rupture
Banish 1 Level 4 or higher monster from your Graveyard. The top 2 cards of both player's Decks are sent to the Graveyard. If at least 2 monster cards were sent to the Graveyard(s): Destroy all monsters on your opponent's side of thefield. If at least 2 Spellcards were sent to the Graveyard(s): Destroy all Spell/Trap cards on your opponent's side of the field. You can only play 1 "Dream Rupture" per turn.
Just a small ruling tip: if you happen to mill a combination of both 2 monsters and 2 Spells, then you get to choose which effect to resolve, to either destroy all monsters or S/Ts. I probably should have made it clear in the text of the card.

Anyways, I tried justifying the effect with a "you can only play it once per turn", as well as Banishing a card, but as we all know, there's no such thing as costs when sending stuff to the Graveyard from the Deck.

banishing 1 lv 4 monster from graveyard doesnt seem like enough of a cost imo.

There is a good chance to get 2 spells or 2 monsters, so youll easily destroy monsters or spells for nearly no costs + you can send cards from your opponents deck to gy. Play this with a deck, wich benefits you having cards in your graveyard and you wont even have a problem with sending your cards to gy.

Id prefer sth. like a "destroy face-up monster(s)" and "reveal Spell/Trap Cards (without resolving effects blabla); destroy Spell Cards; flip back face down" kinda thing. Or another not that low cost

Its still a gambling thing and it COULD happen that you wont destroy opponents cards - but well thats what gambling is about.

and the "only play 1 per turn" surely is somewhat a drawback but well. I doubt you would use 2 of them, cause it would halve your chances destroy anything - i would keep it on my hand anyways...

I hope you get my point ^^

Anyhow this card still is an interesting one
