● Target 1 card your opponent controls with an effect that can negate or is negating an effect(s) of a card(s) you control; Destroy it.

The fact that it's thunder support is nice, but the two effects are seriously conditional and it's really ineffective outside of a thunder deck. you might want to modify the effect a bit to something like:

 

This monsters effects cannot be negated by card effects your opponent controls as long as it has an XYZ material. Once per turn: You can detach an Xyz Material from this card to activate one of the following effects.

● Target 1 Face-up card you control, Until the end of your opponent's next turn, it's effect(s) cannot be negated.(If it's effects are currently negated, they are no longer negated)
● Target 1 card your opponent controls with an effect that can negate or is negating an effect(s) of a card(s) you control; Destroy it.
