Only Dark and Water ware really playable. My advice is that you drop Light to 1, remove the Trags, BLS, Fire and Wind to add 3 Spellbook Magicians and Priestess/Reaper, your choice on those 2. Reduce Fortune's Future to 2, and swap Visions for Spellbook Tower, 1 or 2.

-3 Future Visions

-2 Gold Sarc

-1 Spellbook of Life

-1 Spellbook of Power

-1 Compuls

-3 Breakthrough

 

+3 Spellbook Magicians

+2 High Priestess / Reaper

+3 Spellbook of Secrets

+2 Spellbook of the Master

+2 Spellbook of Fate

+1 Spellbook Tower

+2 Spellbook of Eternity

+2 Spellbook of Judgment

 

That should round out your build and give you 40 cards.

I personally think Light is pretty good, at least decent enough to make a build around her (Which this is trying to be). I'll prolly remove Wind, though. Fire's kinda cool TBH, but more of a tech.

Plus, I intend on trying to build this IRL soon, so...yeah. Prophecy stuff is super expensive.

Compulsory is way better for 2 reasons: It gets rid of Extra deck Monsters quickly and effectively, and It can trigger Light if I need it to.

...Though, I have been tossing around the idea of torrential, and I would like to find room for it otherwise, if only to test it.

Light is like pretty much the best card in here as it lets you get out Dark really early on, and Compulsory also helps with that.

 

You only really need 2 Water IMO, it's not a great draw and if you need it you can grab it off Light. I would -1 Water and -1 Spellbook of Life (3 seems excessive) to make it 40.
