As everyone knows, Yu-Gi-Oh is rated six years and up, and my seven year old nephew plays the game. During some duels, he's been known to start whining and/or crying when things don't go his way, even if he may eventually end up winning the duel. My brother and I understandably don't like this, and don't want to play with him if he does this, so that's how the idea of this card came about as a fancy way of ending the game.
