Sorry, I have been out of town the last few days and internet was just reestablished a few minutes ago. As for what you are saying, that is kind of what I did with Toonami, but I guess Toons are a bit outdated. Will make a card soon.

Oh... by the way I would like the see a "HERO" monster made from pop culture ;)

Sorry for my lack of creating guys, been pretty busy, but I haven't forgotten. As for making a HERO monster, I will try, but I have kinda lost touch with that archetype, so not sure how it is played in the current meta.

Finally added a new card.

Bravo, bravo, BRAVO!!!

Well done, you did it! You've made an Elemental HERO card based on pop culture (though I never saw this Static Shock man) and it is usefull.

If I got that effect right, I would be able with this card to negate all of me opponen't monsters effects that have the same Attribute AND get a Fusion Material to the grave to use with Miracle Fusion...

Great support for the Elemental HEROes.

That is more or less correct, yes. The effect would also effect your own monsters, but if you are running a true E-HERO deck then that shouldn't be too big of a problem, due to the large variety of Attributes. However, I feel as if it is abusable now that I am taking a second look. Standby for a slightly modified effect. Thanks for the comment!

Liked your new card. Though I think you should delete the part about "cannot attack this turn" because it isn't too op as you can only activate it once per duel. And you need to add to the card from where the monster can be Special Summoned though I guess it's from the graveyard, hand or deck.

Concerning Mega Evolution: Not attacking shouldn't be included, however, I don't think there should be this limitless sort of thing going on with it either. Perhaps a diiferent restriction, and based on that restriction, duel or turn will be selected.

DUEL

No restriction (not advised)

Cannot attack

TURN

Effect negated (Dissuades combos, not preferred)

Level limit (Not preferred)

Cannot Special Summon other monsters (Prevents OTK stuff, mostly preferred)

Other monsters cannot attack this turn (Jeweled RDA style, but doesn't feel like enough of a drawback)

However, I don't think it should be a Quick Play. It seems to gimmicky as one, and unfair none the less.

Normal = Fine with one above restriction. Quick = Simply add a restriction as well as a cost, such as a discard.

Look at Transmarg for reference on how this would compare to TCG/OCG Cards.

As a whole, I like it though.

Concerning Static Shock, I believe once per turn was fine (wasn't really OP, especially considering it probably wouldn't see play in HERO Decks as a whole aside from casual decks, in which case it would create a minor lock. However, that is only in decks that run enough Listed Monsters in every attribute, which isn't only conditional but means most likely that you're running the Normal Monsters, in which case your deck most likely sucks or you're running Fusion Gate).

Thanks for the recommendations, Ther. Mega Evolution will have to stay as a Quick-Play, I think, because it has to be used during the Battle Phase. I did add the discard, and changed it to per turn, with the restriction of not being able to special summon any other monsters that turn.

Static Shock I edited so that now it can hopefully be used with the generic hero fusions and I switched him back to once per turn.
