Shooting Power Dragon

1 or More Tuner Synchro Monsters + 1 or more non-Tuner Synchro Monsters
Must be Synchro Summoned, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card's maximum number of attacks per turn equals the number of non-Tuner monsters used as its Synchro Material. Once per every other turn, when a card or effect is activated: You can negate the activation and destroy it. When this card leaves the field: You can Special Summon 1 "Shooting Star Dragon" from your Extra Deck.

Flavour: So, this is basically a powered-down Quasar Dragon, as reflected by the effect. It is easier to Summon, and can use its effect with less frequency. It isn't very original, though. It seems you've boxed up Quasar Dragon in a nice-looking gift box and expect it to get credits because it is so similar to said card. Sadly, this card's flavour I feel is spoiled because of it. Not only that, but the image suited with the card is rather low quality and, while debatably suiting the theme, is literally Shooting Quasar Dragon without a background.

Balance: Ironically, in my opinion, this card is somewhat more balanced than Shooting Quasar Dragon. I reckon that this could be used in said Dragon's Decks if they can't afford the real deal, and in general this card will be able to do the same, just not with as much frequency. However, because this is essentially a clone with tiny tweaks, that's all that can be said/

Use: It may be useful in some Synchro-spam Decks and may open up much more paths in a Shooting Quasar Dragon Deck, but this is still outclassed by the original, simply due to the effect's cooldown being too great to contend with the original Dragon. Of course, this can't be fixed save betraying the card's flavour. Even so, that does not rob this card's potential as being an alternative in these Decks. It may be used in case of a miscalculation for Shooting Quasar Decks.

Fixes: In terms of fixes, well, a better picture. Otherwise there's really not much you can do when sticking to the theme.

I can't say I like this card. It seems like you've played it too safe sticking to a card in the TCG/OCG and the end result was, indeed, a clone. Can I ask for your inspiration on this piece, and its following counterparts you created?
