宇佐見 蓮子@C94
Because somewhere down the line, Konami will make a card with the same name as this, and you shall remember me as the yobb who futureproofed Konami. Anyway, back to the card. [spoiler=Konami, if you make a card based off of this, you will have to pay me 25 pounds and 3 shillings.] During your Standby Phase: return all banished monsters to their owner's graveyard(s). Once per turn, during either player's turn when a Beast-Warrior-type "Bujin" monster is destroyed by an opponent's card effect: you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; add 1 "Bujin" monster from your deck with the same name as that card. [/spoiler] Bujin to do list: [ ] Bujintei Tsukuyomi [ ] Bujin Sakuya [ ] Bujinqi Kusanagi [X] Bujintei Amaterasu [ ] Bujin Mikoto
Zazubat
Effect & Use: It's very powerful. It makes you able to make many combos outside of Bujin. My main thinking for it is that you can get over Macro this way, which is nice. On top of that, it make Chaos Decks pretty insane, and since half of it is LIGHT, they can do some stuff with it. For Bujin, it might both mess with them, and help them. Since you stop yourself from being able to use Bujincarnation, it can be annoying to you, but since you can just banish a card it can prove to be pretty powerful to return all your cards right back at you.Design: Do I like the idea behind bringing back all monsters? Not really, though at the same time, it's also for your opponent, so it either screws them over, or helps them. BTH becomes useless because of this VS Bujin, not that it isn't already, cause Bujincarnation and The Sword, which is now kind of useless, besides the hand add I suppose, but I digress, it could be more unbalanced, but it still kind of annoys me. The pros and cons of the LIGHT condition is that every Bujin works, but not Fire Fist, and that other Decks can use this as well, which is my main problem with it. I am not sure if you want to go for just Bujin or what, but I feel like you need to change either the requirement, or the effect to only give the option for 1 or 2 monsters.Flavor & Image: Well, the name is kind of obvious, as Bujin is based of Japanese folklore, the name works well. The image on the other hand, well, it isn't the Bujin style, Bujin kinda glow, which is only seen in the weapon, and on top of that, Susanowo seems to have Quilin in it's hand, where this has some form of spear. I know it isn't easy to find images for Archetype support, though you could have tried a little bit harder I feel, as this really doesn't look like Bujin, or Beast-Warrior for that matter.Overall: Well, I kind of don't like the massive return, but it's both a slow return (unless it's Bujin, in which case, they don't really care that it needs to wait) and that it got pretty meh stats outside of Bujin Decks, which only Honest can really support. I havn't spoken about the last effect, and that's for the reason that it is fine as it is. While I am 99 % sure it cannot get itself, and that your opponent most likely won't try to destroy your cards anyway, it only works for one of your monsters (from the looks of it, you didn't say "(s)" so I assume that's how it works) it is balanced, and gives you some ground again. Had it been some other effect and that effect, it might not have been all too useful, unless that effect was something like "When this card is destroyed by battle: You can return 1 "Bujin" monster from you Graveyard to your hand" in which case, it would be harder to get rid off, and the last effect makes more sense on it, but as it is, it's just a nice bonus on it.OCG fix: Hover your cursor over the word(s) with the dotted lines to read my reasons for the fixes. Make sure to hover over more than one one word, as it might put the things I have to say together with the dotted lines (or view it with BBcode turned off, just copy and paste it and click the switch in the control pannel). I do not repeat if you have made the flaw more than once, instead will it be bold (if any). Anything in italic is simple typos (if any). Anything in red means that it is something that is missing and should be there, as well as dotted lines to explain my reasoning/ask why you may have forgotten (if any). Also, if you have the time, check out my OCG Thread. Once per turn, when a "Bujin" Beast-Warrior-Type monster is destroyed by an opponent's card effect: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; add 1 "Bujin" monster from your Deck to your hand with the same name as that card. You can only control 1 "Bujin Amaterasu".
