Bull3tM0nk3y
Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon LIGHT Level 9 Dragon/Synchro/Effect 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Normal Monsters When this card is Special Summoned: Dragon-Type monsters you currently control cannot be targeted or destroyed by card effects until the end of the next turn. Once per turn, during your Standby Phase: You can target 1 Normal Monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target. ATK : 2500 DEF: 3000 Seems decent. I've been trying to summon it using my Blue-Eyes/Heratic/Rabbit deck. I also love how it's level is perfect for White Stone and Blue Eyes. Discuss. Eury
Damn right they didn't change the name. Easy as hell to summon because of Maiden and it recycles the material used to summon it, which is almost guaranteed since it protects itself from card effects and not many things can run it over. I don't know how it fairs outside of BEWD.dek, but in BEWD, its great.
玄魔の王
Higher ATK would have been nice, but the effects are solid and it says no to Dragon Rulers.
Bull3tM0nk3y
Yeah, 3000 ATK 2500 DEF like BEWD would have been nice. But I love just popping this. Makes me feel like Kaiba.
Toffee.
Guys, this card would be ridiculous if it was a 3K beater that summoned other 3K beaters. It having backwards stats is fine, considering what it's capable of.
TheKaitoKid
It kills me that it's first effect is a trigger, it's so ass backwards. If your opponent can't get over it on Summon, it's usually a REALLY tough situation come your next turn.
Eury
No, its a good thing they switched the stats. Cause imagine, you have a 3k beater in Azure. On your next Standby you get to recycle the 3k beater you used to make it in the first place. And say you have another BEWD in grave and a Silver's Cry in hand, or you have a Queen Dragon Djinn on your side of the field, or even both. You just summoned 2-3 Blue-Eyes for nothing (assuming all your BEWD are in the grave which isn't hard to do), and you have 3-4 3k beaters on your field. You STILL haven't normal summoned yet. So, you could summon a Maiden or a Stone and make ANOTHER Azure, and now everything on your field doesn't have to worry about backrow. And if you have Djinn, if your opponent were to find a way to run over your Azures, they can't. Also the fact by this point, if you needed to, you could go into pretty much any Rank 8 you want.
