Zazubat
Name pending. Also, gonna stop using my titles. No real reason, just cause. If your opponent has more cards in their hand than you do, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand) in face-up Attack Position. When you do: You can banish 1 card in your hand; your opponent reveals 1 random card in their hand, and if that card is the same card type (Monster, Spell or Trap), they banish it. When this card destroys an opponent’s monster by battle: You can banish 1 card from your Graveyard to target 1 card in your opponent’s Graveyard with the same card type (Monster, Spell or Trap); banish it, and if you do, your opponent cannot activate that card, or cards with the same name or their effects until their next End Phase. ~Shin~

Some decks eat up their own hands quickly, so it is not that difficult to meet the conditions (and you can be a scrub and set stuff into the field). But it is mostly reliant on the opponent, so all is good. IMO banishing the card from your opponent hand is too much, you can target it by the other effect later anyways. Easy to field, can put pressure, nice work. Also, I think Fiend (see above) fits it bettter, and It being LV6 seems random for me, your reasons? Anyway, I like it as a Warrior better myself, may change its type later.

PrimeAceJohn
1) Overlook of Card: Well, my first though originally was that is was going to benefit Chaos Decks. I thought originally, this has nothing to do with Chaos, but then I saw the banishing from the Grave part and I said 'ohhh, got yuh.' However, have likes and dislikes. 2) Balance: Mehh, I don't really know. Considering the fact you can Special Summon 2 of these from your hand makes me kind of worried. Plus its ATK was too high. 3) Play-ability: I think I probably would play this just to bring out a high ATK monster + gives me chances to summon Rank 6 Xyz. Wouldn't fit into most decks, but you'll see what I mean next. 4) Effect/How it fits in Meta: Okay, so it literally mainly helps decks that spam from the hand, such as Samurais, Constellars, Evilswarms, Rulers, etc. I don't really see this that much in Rulers because they're all about summoning Rank 7s and plus I don't think they have much room to fit this card. But in Evilswarms, I can sort of see this, more than other because it's a DARK. Wouldn't really see this in samurais. If Grandmaster was level 6, maybe. I can totally see this in Constellar because it helps with the spamming and mostly helps bring out Ptolemys. However, I can still see this as a staple because of the pure fact to bring out heavy monsters and up your way to Rank 6 Xyz. In Chaos decks, this would be pretty good just to get that Wyvern out and to help bring out BLS. However, the first part of the effect really has nothing to do with Chaos, but I can see how you wanted it to be mainly generic. 5) Edits: Down the ATK to 2100. 2300 seems too much because this + another one is crazy, OR, instead of doing that, you make a clause where it's: You can only control 1 "Headless Swordsman of Chaos" or, which I think is a better option: You can only Special Summon 1 "Headless Swordsman of Chaos" per turn. Besides that, I really like the other effects. 6) Image/OCG: Image is cool. And you're the OCG King so I don't have to correct anything. 7) Other: n/a. Yeah, I'll put some clause in on the Special Summon. I don't wish to change the attack, since this guy is mostly suppose to attack you know. Thanks for the review anyway. And the ATK isn't really a big deal anyway so you can keep it what ever you want it to be. And np.
