You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by Banishing 1 face-up Plant-Typemonster you control. During the End Phase this card was Special Summoned this way:Return that Banishedmonster to your hand. Once per turn: You can Target 1 Level 3 or lower Plant-Typemonster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that Target. Its effects are negated and cannot be activated. You can Tribute this card plus 2 other Plant-Typemonsters you control: Destroy all cards your opponent controls and inflict 400 damage to your opponent for each card in their hand.
I kind of wanted to revive my old "Tribute Plants" idea, and I think this is the perfect stepping stone in order to do that. The card is slow, but devastating. There are probably other cards that can make use of being Tributed, and I will undoubtedly make more to coincide with this card's effect.

It is an impressive card with an impressive effect. It's Special Summoning is basically costless because the you recover the card and it can be used to reuse Normal Summoning effects (if they had [a good] one!), also the effect can be looped with "Fallen Angel of Roses" since she will bounce Fallen Angel back to your hand for next turn, allowing you to use her revival effect twice per turn (Plant Banish; S.P, effect, bounce with Fallen Angel, Angel banish;S.P, effect)

As for her revival effect, like I said, you can use it more than once per turn via a loop with "Fallen Angel of Roses", on top of that. It isn't that bad. It stops Lonfire Blossom, but not Dandylion (Who alone can provide 2 tributes if you get rid of it the same turn) or Botanical Girl (which can search this card. Coincidence? I think not!). Also, it always provides free "Pollinosis" targets (preferably Dandy and tokens).

As for the important effect, the field nuke, while slow, it isn't that slow with some little support. In that form, it is balanced (except with Fallen Angel), seeing as it requires 3 tributes, including herself and you can't get effects like Botanical Girl to go off. Trying to pull this off in 1 turn takes a lot of resources to set-up, then to go off, most of the time giving your opponent time to prepare or interfere, so this effect is best left for when resources are down so you can't suffer an immediate counterattack or later when you grave has dandylion.

On another note is the nuke with Gigaplant.

So this card isn't really broken (except with Fallen Angel) as it since its effects only bring benefits with 3 cards (Fallen Angel of Roses, Dandylion and Botanical Girl) and its nuke is costy to use, but it is nearing that since it is very supportive to Plants, being yet a free revival and its summon isn't costly as well as pressuring your opponent to action with its nuke that can actually be done in 1 turn.

With that, I can only suggest a "This effect of...can only be activated once per turn" on its revival effect instead of a "Once per turn" so you can't loop with Fallen Angel and combo with a field nuke which is broken because it only costs you 1 card in reality to do.
