Give and Take

No.

Drawing cards is a pretty decent effect that can potentially allow the player to draw what he/she needs in order to win the game. There are cards such as Pot of Greed, Upstart Goblin, and Reckless Greed which draw cards from your Deck. The first one is banned because it gave you two cards without needing anything at all. The second one is not broken since it just drives through your Deck faster and gives your opponent a negligible amount of Life Points. The third one, while like Pot of Greed, forces you to skip your next two Draw Phases (which can be abused by playing this in multiples).

Pot of Greed is a +1, since you draw 2 cards and lose one (that card). Upstart Goblin is a +0 because you draw one card and lose the card you used to play it. Reckless is a +1, but eventually turns itself into a -1 (draw 2, lose this, lose the next two Draw Phases). This leads me to this card. Banishing cards from your Graveyard doesn't count as losing them, since they're already lost (even though many cards like to utilize the Graveyard). Also, since it only says "cards," you can banish the cards you will never use again in that duel (an expended Torrential, Solemn Judgment, Gold Sarcs, etc.) to considerably draw many, many cards. Combined with Decks that tend to dump a lot of cards in the Graveyard (Lightsworns, any fast Deck, Empty Jar, all that jazz), you get a card that could potentially give you like 10 or more cards. Exodia would just love this, and we would hate it. The Decks that don't get many cards in the Graveyard would still be able to draw a ton of cards with this effect.

This card needs to be prevented from drawing more than one card per turn if it is going to banish cards from the Graveyard in order to activate its effect, and the cost of the effect should be changed to something that would hopefully make the user think about whether or not he/she would want to lose something for a card. Banishing cards from your Graveyard would hardly ever come back to haunt the user, since banishing Torrential Tribute will never cause a problem for the player (unless that player is running Mask of Darkness, but meh, that takes forever nowadays).

But really, you should make it to where you have to lose something somewhat valuable to you to draw one card (per turn), and no more. Maybe something like "Once per turn: You can send 1 card from your hand or side of the field to the Graveyard; draw 1 card."

Yeah I already tought that it would be an easy to win Exodia card but it can be that you need a card to comeback in the duel but I do think you're mostly right thanks for the advice :)

Btw, how about this: Once during your Main Phase (2) you can discard 2 cards to draw 1 card.

That would be too expensive. Drawing after your Main Phase 1 isn't as good as drawing before then. Then, the cost is absolutely atrocious. There's this card, which even though you don't lose, you can't use it for much else anyway, then you lose two cards. Drawing is a good effect, but it isn't worth it to lose all of that just to draw one card. Losing one is enough, two is just killing it.
