[spoiler='Let's see how you'll be able to turn this sticky situation around.']Activate only when your opponent draws or adds a card to their hand outside of their Draw Phase: Target 1 card on your opponent's field; Destroy that target, and if you do, draw 1 card.[/spoiler]

Just a random quickie I made. It was an idea I had a really long time ago to combo with another card I may or  may not make in the future. An answer to cards like RotA, Eruption, Avarice, Duplicity, just about anything that searches from the Deck or Graveyard.

If I gave a good review, click the "Like This" button (also for other people than the card maker). It helps me out in the Review Board.

Effect & Use: It's rather useful most of the time, since adding and drawing cards happen pretty much any turn. All modern Decks do it, all modern Decks need it. It is an extreamly easy pop, though at the same time, most Decks will not have their key cards on the field until they preform actions, making the targets you might want to kill less useful. That said, you also get a draw, so it isn't completely useless to you. It can also easily get blown up before you have the chance, and it is a waste, since it is only able to trigger on that certain condition, which destruction cards don't really have at all.

Design/Balance: It is good. Very powerful, a pop and draw, though it needs a condition, needs to be Set, and might not be that useful in late game for certain Decks. As said, it might not hit very good targets sometimes as well. Talking about targets, it targets the card, which always makes it more balanced, and the draw is also a required destruction. It cannot get your cards, which would have been very nice, though could be somewhat broken in some cases.

Flavor/Image and Originality: I feel like I have seen something like this before, though I cannot tell where. It feels very anime in the way it is designed I feel, not that original in terms of what it does, but the condition isn't seen often. The image, well, I got no idea what it has to do with anything, mecha anime chick and "Balancing the Odds" seem unrelated. But that's just me.

Overall: It's pretty good, it isn't horribly broken in my book, allows you to get something out of your opponent's solitair plays, which makes them keep more on their toes. I like it. 8/10 (You can make that a 9/10 when you fix the OCG, and a 10/10 when the flavor is given an overhall)

OCG fix: Hover your cursor over the word(s) with the dotted lines to read my reasons for the fixes. Make sure to hover over more than one one word, as it might put the things I have to say together with the dotted lines. You might be able to see a more bold dot where it changes. Either that or you can view it with BBcode turned off, just copy and paste it and click the switch in the control pannel. I do not repeat if you have made the flaw more than once, instead will it be bold (if any). Anything in italic is simple typos (if any). Anything in red means that it is something that is missing and should be there, as well as dotted lines to explain my reasoning/ask why you may have forgotten (if any). Also, if you have the time, check out my OCG Thread.

My Version(s):

[acronym='Don't say "activate only when", simply just say "when"']When[/acronym] your opponent draws or adds a card to their hand outside of their Draw Phase: Target 1 card [acronym='instead of "on your field/opponent's field" we say "you/your opponent controls"']your opponent controls[/acronym]; [acronym='all words after the semi-colon are lowercased, unless they normally arn't, such as Special Summon or Xyz Monster']destroy[/acronym] that target, and if you do, draw 1 card.

Thanks for the review, Zazu-kun. Indeed, I wanted to keep the card related to stuff on the field, where the original intention was to "discard the card that your opponent added and draw a card". However, I felt that would have been too broken in my book, and it makes things confusing when dealing with things like Judgment or Super Rejuv. Also, thanks for the OCG fix; I'm going to get at least one card right one of these days.
