Lore:

If you control a Zombie type monster, you can Special Summon this card from your Hand. Each time a Zombie type Monster you control is sent to your Graveyard, increase the ATK of this card by 200. This card must be face up on the field to resolve this effect

Seems pretty simple, but the free Special Summon is kinda spammy. How about something like this:
"If you control a face-up Zombie-type monster, you can Normal Summon this card without tributing. Each time a Zombie-type monster you control is sent to your Graveyard, increase the ATK of this card by 200. You can only control 1 face-up "Colossal Bone Dragon"."
You see, the last sentece of your lore is unnecessary, as it has to be face-up anyways. Reason for the last sentebce of my version is since your monster only has 100 DEF, it's an easy pyramid turtle target.

In pretty much every case, this card is outclassed entirely by [url=http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Endless_Decay]Endless Decay[/url], which can be brought out by Pyramid Turtle with a whopping 4k ATK (though it gets weaker if you SS it later on in the game, but you wouldn't SS it if it doesn't pack a punch anymore). Being a Grandmaster for Zombies would have been neat, but Level 5 doesn't work all that well with Zombies. You would also need to lose 3-4 Zombies for this to gain enough power to become a respectable beater. While you can do this by Xyz Summoning and detaching stuff, you aren't really putting that many in the Grave in a turn, and you had to waste a SS on this card.

 

Oh, and Xyz Materials aren't technically on the field, so that would reduce this to only being powered up Synchro Summoning and/or losing GobZoms and Pyramids, but this is still wide open to being destroyed by a card effect or by a monster that is simply stronger than it.

 

When making a Zombie, don't try to make it a pure beatstick. Endless Decay has that covered very well. Instead, Zombies want a monster that would help them make Rank 4 Xyzs much more easily (even though they can Xyz Summon VERY easily), or perhaps you could make some sort of Synchro Support since they do have GobZom and Beast of the Pharaoh. Also, if you intend on keeping it over Level 4, then make it Level 6. It can potentially Xyz with monsters that get Synchro Summoned by Plaguespreader, while not needing two Tributes in the slight chance you have to Tribute Summon it.
