Hey, YCM. I haven't done this game seriously since elementary school, and I just moved in to college, haha. Let's see what I can do.

☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

DARK

Spellcaster/Effect

This card cannot be Normal Summoned. This card can be Special Summoned from your hand or Graveyard by Tributing two "Crystal Pixie" monsters you control. When this card would be destroyed by battle or by a card effect, you can destroy one face-up Continuous Spell Card you control instead. This card gains 200 ATK for each Spell Card you control (If it is a "Crystal" Spell Card, this card gains 500 ATK instead).

And before I am advised to also have at least one Crystal Pixie, here's one now. Looking for an image for another. I intend to have three.

[For some reason the Card Maker will not upload this image. Getting a link for this card just brings up Ceinwen]

DARK

Spellcaster/Effect

If you control a "Crystal" monster other than "Crystal Pixie Allancia", you can Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn, when your opponent activates a Spell Card, you can send one Continuous Spell Card from your hand or field to the Graveyard to negate that activation and destroy that card.

DARK

Spellcaster/Effect

If you control 2 or more Continuous Spell Cards, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). This card gains 200 ATK for each Continuous Spell Card you control (If it is a "Crystal" Spell Card, this card gains 300 ATK instead). When this card is sent to the Graveyard, you can shuffle 1 "Crystal Pixie" monster in your Graveyard into your Deck.

Crystal Pixie Ambys

☆☆☆

DARK

Spellcaster/Effect

ATK 1200/DEF 800

As long as this card remains face-up on the field, Continuous Spell Cards can be used as Tributes to Summon a "Crystal" monster. If you control another face-up "Crystal" monster, this card cannot be targeted for an attack.

Crystal Pixie Cteno

☆☆☆

DARK

Spellcaster/Effect

ATK 1100/ DEF 900

When this card is Summoned, you can select Continuous Spell Cards in your Graveyard up to the number of "Crystal Pixie" monsters you control and shuffle them into your Deck. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, you discard one Spell Card; target 1 Continuous Spell Card in your Graveyard place this face-up card in your Spell & Trap Card Zone as a Continuous Spell Card. Its effect is treated as the effect of the selected Continuous Spell Card.

Crystal Pixie Apprentice Cteno

☆☆

DARK

Spellcaster

ATK 500/DEF 500

Cteno had never been the most quick-witted of the apprentices. While she'd always managed use her magic to the best of her ability, it seemed she was more fitted to cleaning up after the others than actively participating on the front lines. Of course, she wouldn't let anyone tell her that; what she lacked in talent she compensated for with pure tenacity.

Crystal Pixie Apprentice Xandra

☆☆

DARK

Spellcaster

ATK 0/DEF 1000

In terms of talent, Xandra was perhaps the diametric opposite of the struggling Cteno. An apprentice with skills nearly on par with the Enchantresses, she often pushed the limits to what magic she could accomplish. While not in her apprentice training, she often dealt with LIGHT magic in hopes of bettering her abilities and seeking guidance from the forces of that magical element.

Corrupted Crystal Pixie Xandra

☆☆☆

LIGHT

Spellcaster/Effect

ATK 1500/DEF 500

You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by revealing 1 Continuous Spell Card or "Crystal Pixie" monster in your hand other than this card. This card is Special Summoned, you can select up to three Continuous Spell Cards on the field; as long as this card is face-up on the field, their effects are negated.

Degenerate Crystal Pixie Xandra

☆☆☆

DARK

Fiend/Effect

ATK 1500/DEF 500

You can Special Summon this card by sending one "Crystal" card you control to the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, no Spell Cards can be activated, except Continuous Spell Cards. If this card is targeted for an attack, it is destroyed..

Crystal Enchantress Xandra

☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

DARK

Spellcaster/Effect

ATK 2400/ DEF1600

While you control two or more "Crystal" monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your hand; it cannot attack the turn it is Summoned this way. As long as you control another "Crystal" monster, this card cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects. Once per turn, you can select a number of Continous Spell Cards on the you control; banish them, and your opponent cannot activate non-Continous Spell Cards for an amount of turns equal to the number of Spell Cards destroyed by this card's effect. When this card leaves the field, it is banished.

Ooooh very creative. An archetype based on continuous spell cards, is it? That seems pretty cool. It works well with Crystal Beast cards, which I'm assuming is intentional. For some reason, a few new cards have mentions of continuous spell cards in their lore, and i'm sure your upcoming crystal pixie archetype will fit right in. As far as my review goes, its pretty positive. The OCG is near flawless, and the artwork really fits the name and "pixie" theme. The effect is cool, given that it can SS itself by tributing two crystal pixies; additionally, there is a good balance since, as mentioned before, 2 tributes are required. The base ATK is nice, and given 2-3 spell cards, it can reach a substantial 2700 ATK; further, if they're Crystal Spells, she'll pack a mean 3300 ATK. Really nice design, really nice balance, superbly created in my opinion. The archetype you've laid out seems immensely potent; looking at just the first crystal pixie you described, I can already envision a bunch of pixies swarming the field and sending continuous spell cards to the Graveyard to negate/destroy/protect. Nice Nice Nice Nice. My ratings:

Artwork and OCG: 9/10

Effect Usefulness: 6/10 in the present meta; 9/10 if you pretend the "Crystal Pixie" archetype exists

Balance: 10/10

Overall Playability: 8/10

One of my biggest tips/advice: Make the monster normal-summonable. I feel like she'd fit with other archetypes as well, so I would suggest removing the first sentence of the effect: "Cannot be Normal Summoned."

This actually reminds me a lot of one of my recent archetypes, the Sealbreakers (http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/topic/305560-new-archetype-the-sealbreakers/), which actually use a similar theme of sending continuous spells to the graveyard and manifesting them in unique ways. Personally, I love the uniqueness of your archetype, and the card is very well constructed! Good job!

Balanced, very cool effect(well to be honest, you have to control many SC on your field but thats why u made the Cristal spell cards ;D) and yeah about that Special summon, u will lose your monsters and u will trust the ad(Attack) only on this card but he is still godd attacker, but it will be usefull too if you add 200/500 atk and def when the opponents monster has op atk(this is for not beatable card) but anyways its a good card.. . Overall 9/10 ;)

I suppose I'd run one or two of this card because of its potential to clog. This Deck has no consistency engine and if you want a great deal of Continuous Spell Cards, they'd take up a lot of your cards.

And before I am advised to also have at least one Crystal Pixie, here's one now. Looking for an image for another. I intend to have three.

Really overpowered even before I look at the rest of the archetype. Negating any card effect is something no existing card is able to do, the extreme versatility of this ability is OPed and letting it then destroy a card on the field is far too much. And there's also the fact that it doesn't need to be Normal Summoned.

Recycling isn't really something special, all this card becomes is Rank 3 spam.

As long as this card remains face-up on the field, Continuous Spell Cards can be used as Tributes to Summon a "Crystal" monster. If you control another face-up "Crystal" monster, this card cannot be targeted for an attack.

Considering how your boss monster can't be Summoned except with "Crystal Fairy" monsters anyway, and your other boss can Special Summon itself, this card isn't really useful in any way.

Crystal Pixie Cteno

Recycling Continuous Spell Cards isn't really useful at all, and I wouldn't run this. Unless I'm missing something here and there's some really powerful Continuous Spell Card.

Crystal Pixie Apprentice Cteno

☆☆

DARK

Spellcaster

ATK 500/DEF 500

Cteno had never been the most quick-witted of the apprentices. While not in her apprentice training, she often dealt with LIGHT magic in hopes of bettering her abilities and seeking guidance from the forces of that magical element.

These vanillas don't appear to do anything and aren't even Level 3 if you wanted to use them to Xyz Summon with the rest of the Archetype with Rescue Rabbit...

Corrupted Crystal Pixie Xandra

Pretty useless for purposes other than Rank 3 spam. I don't see how negating Continuous Spell Cards is really relevant.

Degenerate Crystal Pixie Xandra

☆☆☆

DARK

Fiend/Effect

ATK 1500/DEF 500

You can Special Summon this card by sending one "Crystal" card you control to the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, no Spell Cards can be activated, except "Crystal" Spell Cards. If this card would be destroyed by battle or card effect, you can send 1 "Crystal" card from your hand or field to the Graveyard instead.

Normal Summonable complete Spell Card lockdown is really overpowered and it's just too much when it has protection as well.

Once per turn, you can select a number of Continous Spell Cards on the field; destroy them, and your opponent cannot activate Spell Cards for an amount of turns equal to the number of Spell Cards destroyed by this card's effect. When this card is destroyed, it is removed from play.

You seem to have some grudge against Spellbooks and Fire Fists or something. Unstoppable lockdown for a few turns is definitely not a good idea.

Looking at this archetype overall, it'd be mainly used for Rank 3 spam. I'm not exactly sure which Continuous Spell Cards this archetype wants to support and you should probably create some Continuous Spell Cards for this Archetype. It has no searching or plussing ability and no form of consistency.

Thanks for the review; pointing out the flaws certainly helps with continuing this more than just complimenting them. I'll get to work on nerfing some of the cards. I'd left the vanillas at two just because they were supposed to be the in-training forms of their pixie version.

As far as the cont. Spell issues go, I actually have virtually no experience with Fire Fists. I do intend to create some Crystal Con. Spells, as the only continuous spell thing this currently works with is using Crystal Beasts.

Aix hit my thoughts on the dot. The amount of hate in this archetype and the way it is executed is overwhelming, namely the 1st Pixie, and both versions of Xandra (one of which is Tour Guideable). Everything else just falls into place, becoming somewhat useless unless somebody wants to build a pure deck of this archetype. The archetype does in fact have no real consistancy, and once hand is dead, the deck will fall. It is good only in the ability to rush the field for an initial Rank 3, which isn't really all that great anyways.
