Dyson Sphere is a joke and we all know it.  Heart-earth sucks relative to its investment.

 

Hopefully this card gives Rank 9 a few glances.

Sora, you know I beat you to the Good Rank 9 battle :/ 

 

First Glance:

The card IS a good rank 9, so that's something. The thing I don't like about it is that it has the potential to infinitely recycle itself (well, up to 2 times anyway), as well as being a potential 4000 direct attack. Fortunately enough, the recycle effect isn't as potent as it can be as most rank 9s are summoned via Tannhauser's Gate or Galaxy Queen's Light.

 

Flavor:

Overall, the card looks Gimmick Puppet-y and very evil, yet somehow it isn't very remarkable. Presumably because I've seen art that are similar to it in shading/colors. I like the theme you went for here, although the name doesn't reflect that. "Kaya" doesn't particularly epic. 

 

Effect & Balance

Nuke effect is a no-go for me, although that may be a matter of bias. It's too good, and it rewards the player too much simply for playing Tannhauser. In most cases, this could be a 3000+ direct attack that can easily be dropped in a decent enough deck. I would recommend ditching the boost for a fixed ATK, somewhere between 2500 - 3000. 

Rank 9s aren't that hard to make, and this does too much. 

 

The rest are fine for reasons mentioned previously. 

 

Suggestions:

Ditch the boost, give it a fixed ATK.

Change the cost to a 2-mat nuke (and ditch the no Xyz Material thingie) 

Change the name :/

1. Rank 9's aren't really all THAT easy to make either, and should be, in theory, parallel to level 11 monsters. I'll give it fixed stats of 3500/2800. 2. Yeah, I'll do that. 3. Any suggestions? I was actually going to name this card something tooootally different but I couldn't find an image to go along with it.

Making 2 level 9s with Tannhauser's is 45% easier than rank 11s, and 25% harder than rank 8s. 
If you need images, look up Noba on your preferred Booru site, he does really great art that looks vaguely YGO-ish.

Rank 11s don't even really exist yet, and there are plenty of easy ways to make rank 8s.

Aaaaanyways, I fixed the card and gave it an additional restriction to prevent reborning or calling into another big beater for an OTK.
