wightpower
I don't think you need that first sentence actually. It might look better like this: "You can discard this card from your hand, during either player's turn; end your opponent's Battle Phase." Someone else might need to correct my own OCG, but I digress. It's a very simple card, and I like it enough, but I think you might be able to add more to it and get away with it still being reasonable, though as it is now, it's not a bad WATER attribute shield to stop your opponent from attacking. Still, give some thought to giving it some more effects to make it even more useful, like making it a Tuner or giving it some Special Summoning tricks to give it some added use while it's on the field. AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
Ever heard of Swift Scarecrow? Since that card does pretty much the same exact thing. Now, Scarecrow is a Machine, making it searchable with Gear Gigant. It's also EARTH, which allows you to make Naturia Beast by Summoning it via Masked Chameleon. The only advantages I really see that this have is that by being WATER, you can discard it for Mermail effects if you really have to, and its 100 ATK has a very small chance of winning you the game. I wouldn't really recommend trying to make it like Scarecrow, so I suppose you could try to give it a different effect to make it differ from Scarecrow. Not something to make it better than Scarecrow, since it could potentially support stalling Decks, and people don't like those Decks.
