Does anyone know where I can order a special Gif from a shop?

Hey guys I'm an old member but really stopped playing for a while. I'm kind of on and off for this site but I know that people make really amazing gifs here (or here.) Idk if it stopped or what but if there's anyone who knows a good gif-maker or is a good gif-maker please tell me 'cuse I really need help. Thanks :D.

Is that a shop that you do? and if so is there a link there 'cuse I couldn't find it under graphic shops.

No I meant the latter, as animations only made from videos.

I looked at the graphics request there weren't many stores and many were closed, unfortunatly(and the existing stores didn't to gifs, that I noticed). when you say "what type of gif" aren't all gifs the same :P? I just need a short gif of someone/thing dancing with an edited gameboy on their head. that is all.
