Well, just two changes, really. -1 Reborn, +1 Scapegoat, and without reborn the ED can be whatever.

 

I might end up moving stuff around to have 3 Piper and an Effect Veiler in, but not sure. I like having cards to set so my hands don't get too clunky, and most cards are staple at 3 in here.
