Raviel the Phantom
Exodia, the Infernal Dectruction This card cannot be added to your hand by your card effects, except by drawing. If your opponent has "Right Leg of the Forbidden One", "Left Leg of the Forbidden One", "Right Arm of the Forbidden One", "Left Arm of the Forbidden One", and "Exodia the Forbidden One" in their hand, you can reveal this card. You win the duel instead of your opponent. After dueling against several exodia decks, I found it rather frustrating that some could draw exodia before I could ever draw a card. So I think this card could be used as a nuclear deterrent if you get lucky enough to draw this card as well.
Darthakin
Heheheh; I like that card. It's a bit op seeing as if you just so happen to have it, your opponent can't really win by exodia, but who cares. Exodia decks are annoying
Sander
This cannot work, though, as the moment when your opponent gets the 5 pieces of Exodia to his / her hand, it's an automatic win for them. What that means is that Exodia's effect is a win condition, which cannot be chained to by anything.
Syncopation
It is useless. Win conditions cannot be negated or chained to. If this card could stop Exodia before they get all the parts, then it would be a good side decker. Some thing like (and excuse my OCG literary): If your opponent has activated 3 or more cards that draw cards, you can special summon this card from your hand, graveyard, or banished. As long as this card in on the field, your opponent must reveal there hand and all cards in your opponent's hand that has "Forbidden One" in it name is added to your hand. It is unnecessary for card to have a drawback if it is SO exclusive.
PinesolOfChaos
You could also try this: "When your opponent activates a card or effect that would allow them to draw and your opponent has drawn more than 4 cards during this turn, you can discard this card from your hand. When this card is sent to the graveyard by its own effect, your opponent must banish all "Forbidden One" cards in their hand."
