An Alternate Rank-Up card, and some new Xyz monsters to use with it

You can only activate this card if you control a "CXyz" or a "Number C" monster. Target 1 face-up Xyz monster you control; Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 "CXyz" or "Number" monster with 1 Rank higher, by using it as an Xyz Material. (This Special Summon is also treated as an Xyz Summon. Xyz Materials attached to that target also become Xyz Materials on the Summoned monster.)  If this card is in your graveyard and you control an "Evolved CXyz" or "Evolved Number C" during your draw phase, you can add this card to your hand instead of conducting your normal draw this turn.

The rank-up monsters ( CXYZand Cnumbers) don't really need more rank up support, but as a whole you did well as far as the concept for their effects go (except dark hurricane feels like a weakened version of dark storm.) so overall the new cards might not be the best, but If they were ever implemented, your card outlines would be the ones I'd look forward to

...what did I do wrong with Dark Hurricane? It has the same basic effect, but improves on the two main abilities by allowing you to drain the defense and attack at the same time, and it prevents you from taking battle damage.

Hurricane seems weaker to me because unlike storm, if you don't detach materials. hurricanes effect doesn't discourage piercing monsters. it's good, but shared damage regardless of materials is what makes dark storm seem better. still a good card, but since you need to keep dethatching to use it properly, you can't gain anything from it while it has no materials, or while it doesn't have the right materials. I think that balances it though, so it's not really that bad.
