This Rp will be placed in the Naruto Universe, but it won't follow the Naruto Storyline. Instead it will follow an original storyline designed by me and anyone else that would like to contribute to it.

Story~

4 years after the Chuunin Exams that Naruto, and Company entered, 9 New Genin and 3 Jounin Leaders became squads. Squads 20, 23, 29. These Genin are exceptional in jutsus and ninja skills. Some have Kekkai Genkai ( Bloodline ) and some don't, but all are truly skilled ninja. They all come with different dreams, but they all fight for the same reason, to protect the Hidden Leaf.

 

A new diseased has been discovered, created and spread by Orochimaru himself along with his soon-to-be vessel, Uchiha Sasuke. The disease is known as the Cursed Mark Virus. It infects it's host, creating a mark somewhere on their body. The mark gives the host tremendous chakra and power, but it shortens the individual's lifespan significantly. An infected person could die in anywhere from 2 seconds to 100 years. There is no known cure as of yet, but 5th Hokage, Tsunade and her team of Medical Nin try their best to create or discover one.

 

Meanwhile, the Akatsuki is at large. They are still trying to possess all 9 Bijuu ( Tailed Demons ) and complete their unknown plans. However, a new organization has arisen to help stop them, the Neo-Akatsuki. The Neo-Akatsuki members travel in the same way as the Akatsuki, in pairs. They also wear similiar cloaks, except that the clouds on it are blue and the clouds are lined by silver.

 

Not ones to be left out, the 9 new Genin and their Squad Leaders go on missions to fight the Akatsuki or defeat Orochimaru's disease. And for Naruto and the others, it looks like they've finally met some Nin who're equal to and maybe even greater then themselves. Yes, it is going to be an interesting few years, maybe these Genin have what it takes....

Kekkai Genkai: Ryu Taikaku ( Dragon Born ) - Gives the user a dragon's constitution. Chakra can form into armor as strong as dragon scales, able to eat fire to heal chakra, and so on and so forth.

Main Jutsu Style: Ninjutsu/Taijutsu

Sample Jutsus:

-Raitaoppu Suru Tatsu Fang ( Light Dragon Fang ) A pure Chakra attack. Similiar to the Rasengan, the user focus chakra into his/her fist, and forms it into a dragon of light. The user then rushes at the opponent, and slams the fist charged with the chakra into their opponent. Most who see this technique would say that it looked like the opponent was bitten by a dragon.

-Katon: Fire Dragon's Breath Jutsu The user has to have alot of chakra stored in order to use this technique. The user breathes a flame that equals a Dragon's Breath. Like stronger Fireball Jutsu.

-Suiton: Frost Dragon's Breath Jutsu Similiar to Katon: Fire Dragon's Breath Jutsu. The difference is that the breath is a cold wind which freezes after contact.

-Raiton: Bolt Dragon's Breath Jutsu Similiar to the two other Dragon's Breath Jutsus. Only this technique releashes lightning from the user's mouth.

-Shadow Shuriken Jutsu

Biography: The youngest child of the Yondaime Kazekage, she was born illegitimately and kept secret from the rest of Sunagakure. She finally meets her siblings at the Chuunin Exams, though their are not aware of her parentage. She makes a good impression, and has begun to learn the use of the fan from Temari. She does yet know her parentage, or of Shukaku. At 16, she is a Chuunin, in the Sand Squad. (Gaara, Temari and Kankuro, would be 18, I think...)
