Not falling into the Trish trap with Infernities being a Deck and all. It also indirectly supports Hieratics. Which is cool I suppose.

Honestly, it is quite balanced.  In fact...  Maybe a little too balanced.

 

The spin effect is justified by the cost.  Banishing the card in the hand prevents graveyard shenanigans with plants n junk, so that's good.  However, I feel like spinning the card could potentially lead to lock-esque abuse.  If I were you, I'd just send the card to the gy or even outright banish it.

 

The second effect would be decent in something like Chaos drags or Hieratics...  If they actually ran synchros.  Fact is, there are very few decks that would ever actually use this effect.  I also think that LaDD clause here isn't necessary.  It's not like a level 6 dragon is THAT big a deal.  I would, however, keep some kind of cost, like "send 1 card you control to the graveyard, then special summon that monster".  Preferable not a hand cost cuz you're already hand munching with its first effect as-is.

 

I also feel like 26 is a little puny for this card.  I'd go up to 28.  It's not like the effect is outright broken, it's just a level 9 scrap dragon really.

 

So, list of fixes:

*Make the ATK 2800.

*Change the effect from spinning the card to sending it to the gy OR banishing it.

*Change the cost to summon the LIGHT dragon from destroying all cards you control to just 1.

 

After that, it's a pretty cool card.  Me gusta.
