When a "Monarch" monster is Tribute Summoned, you can Normal/Set 1 additional time. Once per turn, you can detach 1 XYZ material from this card; Target up to 3 cards in your opponent's Graveyard, remove those cards from play. Then send the same number of cards from the top of their Deck to the Graveyard, inflict 200 damage for each DARK monster(s) removed from play and sent from your opponent's deck by this card's effect. You can only control 1 "Delg the Dusk Monarch".

typing this as a placeholder, but just so you know, march of the monarchs prevents you from summoning from your extra deck it's a restriction on the player, not the cards themselves, so the effect you placed on your monarch wouldn't work.

Thanks for the reply, ill try to get around it but if i can't then i'll just remove the effect, not a lot of monarch decks use march of the monarchs anyways, or at least none that i've seen so far.
