Once per turn: You can Target 1 Level 4 or lower WIND monster in your Graveyard; Banish that Target, and if you do, this card gains the effect of that Banished target until the End Phase.[/spoiler]

 

Harpies? Still need a Tuner to make this. Gustos? The effect-giving only lasts until the End Phase and the effect would be "gotten rid of" when it hits the Graveyard (a notable exception is Caam). MPBs? They don't have a lot of good Ignition effects.

You know what would be nice? You know what would really make my day? Something that you all just happen to have for me? Something that you can easily do with a keyboard and your fingers and/or thumbs depending on if you're on a phone or not? Something called comments. And you use those comments to form sentences, and in turn, those sentences become a critique for me to make this card better. And through all of you, I am encouraged to make this card better than it really is. So really, use your fingers to type something miraculous in the next twenty-four hours before I cut them off. OCG Fix & Possible Balancing

1 WIND Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner WIND monsters.

This card cannot be Special Summoned, except by Synchro Summon. Card effects cannot be activated in response to this card's Synchro Summon. Once per turn you can activate one of the following effects:

Target 1 Level 4 or lower WIND monster in your Graveyard and Banish it. This card gains ATK equal to half the Banished monster's ATK until your opponent's next End Phase.

Target 1 Level 4 or lower WIND monster in your Graveyard and Banish it. This card gains the effect of the Banished monster until the End Phase.

1 WIND Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner WIND monsters-

Honestly, if it was WIND Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner WIND monsters, the only realistic way I would be able to bring this out is with Delta Flyer + Level 4 (Harpie Lady, Channeler, Dux, Caam, etc.), and that sound incredibly inconsistent. The materials already have enough restrictions as is and I'm actually debating on whether to get rid of them. And also, it would seem to be a lot more powerful if Elenya kept her ATK after she Banished something. It's not like you'd get an insane power boost out of half the ATK of a Channeler or Harpie Lady, or even Mist Valley Falcon for that matter (only brings it up to 3k).

 

Basically, WIND Attribute just needs a good Level 1 Tuner (that isn't Spore).
