OCG Fix & Balancing

Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned (From your hand) by sending all monsters you control to the Graveyard (Min 2.) and 1 Field Spell Card you control to the Graveyard, and cannot be Special Summoned any other way. When this card is Special Summoned you opponent cannot activate card effects until their Draw Phase. While you control this card, you cannot Special Summon monsters. During each of your End Phases: Banish 1 Field Spell Card from your Graveyard or destroy this card.

 

By changing the minimum of monsters you control from 1 to 2, it makes it a more high risk monster to play. Apart from that it is a nice card, the card art is certainly quite nice.

Would "the rest of the turn" imply the rest of the turn you activated this card's effect, or until the end of your opponent's next turn? If it's the former, I'd suggest changing it so something a bit more viable, since all I can think of is dropping this first turn when you've run through Phalanx + Dragon Ravine (even though that would be a terrible idea since this negates Special Summons). I doubt it's going to last more than a turn unless you actually have the Field Spells necessary to spare, and if that's the case, you need some way of milling the Field Spells necessary to make this card stay on the field for any given length of time.

I'd recommend something like "During each of your End Phases: Send 1 Field Spell from your hand or Deck to the Graveyard, or destroy this card". That way, Decks that run lots of Field Spells can still use this card effectively while reaping the benefits of the card for the entire duel, not just for the two turns you're able to let it sit out.
