I like the card, and you can keep the wording the same if it pleases you. I'm not a big fan of reviewing card as I'm not that kind of person, however, I do like the card.

Even if you don't like reviewing the card, just knowing that you're part of the RC community is enough, Multiloquent. There needs to be more people like you.

 

It's Tour Whorable, so already that's stupid on it's own merits. But the thing that actually balances it is that you have to wait another turn in order to use it's effect, during which time it has the potential to be run over by anything with 1800+ ATK (Rai-Oh, Dux, E-Drags, pretty much anything along those lines), or destroyed by anything with 2400+ ATK (again, E-Drags, Scrap, Stardust, etc.) if this card is in Defense Position, which you'll probably be bringing it out in anyway. It's a weaker, yet stronger version of Brilliant, targeting only 1 monster, but increasing it's amount by more than the aforementioned card. I like the End Phase effect as well; it is quite a unique way of ditching a card in your opponent's hand, like Spirit Reaper or Mind Crush.
