Maeriberii Haan
It kinda missed the point of ODoP, that is a way to give you another turn to live while let you replace it with another card, essentially a safety net. This, however, is a lock card with an added delayed draw effect. It's kinda scary if you activate this during your opponent's MP1, since your opponent won't be able to do anything, while you can pound them on your last turn. ODoP helps alternate win/stall decks, this helps only OTK decks that will appreciate the way it foils the opponent's counterpush.
HugPhoenix
they can still summon/set. And i guess its more of a variation than a nerfed odop.
Maeriberii Haan
Yes, but aside from Hunders and other NS spam decks, they can't even counterpush without using effects. You'll use this to deter the opponent to make any comeback. And that hurts, really hurts. MP1 shenanigans is more important compared to MP2 one, since you can't attack with monsters summoned in MP2. Maybe just limit the amount of effects it prevents into S/T only or monster only.
HugPhoenix
hmm.. like
During the phase this card is activated: Choose spells, traps, or monster. Card effects of the chosen type cannot be activated during the phase this card is activated. During the next standby phase: Both players draw 1 card. Only 1 "One Moment of Peace" can be activated per turn.
Maeriberii Haan
Better. It doesn't stop everything, but it becomes a pseudo shock master which is quite balanced. I like it.
