Lore: You can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard to detach 1 Xyz Material from a monster on the field. You can Tribute this card and Target 1 Xyz Monster on the field: Detach all Xyz Materials from the Target. You can only use this effect of "T.N.T." once per turn.

I don't have much to say, except that this card seems balanced and usable. Very good design overall. Considering how xyz monsters are so commonly used nowadays, this card would surely fit in most decks. It's low ATK and DEF as well as its low level also guarantee that it can be searched relatively well. Since this is a Pyro, it also means that is has synergy with some others monsters. It will end up in the graveyard, so it can be banished to Special Summon something, but it can also be recycled with Royal Snake Guard, which is a nice option to have.

 

Perhaps you should consider adding a clause to clarify that the xyz effects are not activated when a material is removed. I'm not sure whether this is needed or not, though.

During your Main Phase 1, if this card was Normal Summoned this turn: You can Tribute this card; detach all Xyz material from 1 monster in the field. Then it becomes the End Phase of this turn

Why!?
On top of being situational and a random -1 to yourself, it also forces the End Phase for you?
I mean, if you wanted to stay within the same 'can only this card once per turn' bounds, and not be ridiculously conditional, you could just simplify it as:

You can Tribute this card and Target 1 Xyz Monster on the field: Detach all xyz Materials from the Target. You can only use this effect of "T.N.T." once per turn.

It would end up being more flexible and actually playable.
