Do not run Pure Gusto. Quite a few of the monsters have rather underwhelming effects, or effects that are just too hard to get off. I know, I've played the archtype for a good year and a half now.
My build right now is as follows:

Monsters:
2x Gusto Gulldo
2x Gusto Egul
2x Winda, Priestess of Gusto
2x Kamui, Hope of Gusto
2x Gusto Falco
2x Caam, Serenity of Gusto
1x Musto, Oracle of Gusto
2x Junk Synchron
2x Interplanitarypurplythorny Dragon
1x Risebell the Star Adjuster

Spells:
3x Contact with Gusto
3x Shrine of Mist Valley
3x Emergency Teleport
2x Mystical Space Typhoon
1x Miracle Synchro Fusion
1x Dark Hole

Traps:
2x Blessings for Gusto
2x Mirror Force
2x Fiendish Chain
1x Torrential Tribute
1x Bottomless Trap Hole
1x Compulsory Evacuation Device

Extra:
1x Ally of Justice Catastor
1x T.G. Hyper Librarian
1x Armades, Keeper of Boundaries
2x Scrap Dragon
1x Thought Ruler Archfiend
1x Stardust Dragon
1x Crimson Blader

The biggest selling point of the three core Gusto cards (Gulldo, Egul and Winda) is their ability to search each other out upon destruction, creating a defensive loop. This will fill your graveyard, allowing your Daigusto Gulldos, Musto, and Caam to fire off their effects and recycle your core. Shrine of Mist Valley only further seals this core defense in place, and opens huge setups when paired with destructive cards like Scrap Dragon and Torrential Tribute by allowing you an additional Special Summon from your deck, once per turn.

To illustrate, imagine you have Scrap Dragon and Gusto Gulldo on the field with an empty graveyard and Shrine of Mist Valley out. You use Scrap Dragon's effect on your Gulldo, destroying it and triggering it's effect and letting you Special Summon. Now, Shrine activates as Chain Link 2, allowing for another Special Summon to go with it. And to top things off, you wiped a card off your opponent's side of the field. Normally, Scrap Dragon's effect is seen as a 1-for-1 exchange. But in this scenario (which I find incredibly easy to set up sometimes) you GAIN field advantage, while the opponent loses a crucial card. Not only that, but if you search the right cards (Say a second Gulldo from Shrine, and a Lv 2 Non-Tuner Gusto from your destroyed Gulldo), you can pop out a Daigusto Gulldos with no trouble. This also means you have three Gustos in your grave, allowing you to destroy a monster on the opponent's field by shuffling two of them back into your deck.
