.Leo
Once per turn: When this card destroys and opponent's monster by battle; Send 1 Level 3 or lower FIRE monster from your Deck to your Graveyard to add 1 Level 3 or lower banished FIRE Monster to your hand. You cannot Special Summon the turn you activate this card's effect. This card's effect can only be activated if you a FIRE monster in your Graveyard. -- Pretty much support for Decks that like to use Rekindling, etc... Please CnC. Nathanael D. Striker
I seem to have a problem with cards that put whatever you need into the Graveyard that you can just get right back with little to no effort. This + Rekindling is essentially "Once per turn, when this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle; Special Summon 1 FIRE monster from your Deck and add 1 Level 4 or lower banished FIRE monster to your hand" when it is all said and done. Now is that +0 really fair? Granted, a monster needs to be banished but that isn't the point. Also, this effect is bound to go off considering the effect is on a beat-stick. So, I would lower the ATK to say 1600 and not allow you to Special Summon from the Graveyard the turn you use this. I feel this should be more of a set-up card than a card that does the scenario that I mentioned above. You get what I'm saying?

I will tweak it with the suggestions you added to make this card more balanced. Thanks for commenting!
