How do you summon it? You need to list the materials. As for the OCG, "You can detach all Xyz Materials from this card to target 1 monster on the field or either player's Graveyard;  this card's name and original ATK become that monster's name and current ATK, and this card's effect becomes that monster's original effect." Or something like that. 

 

As for the card itself, it's a generic(?) version of Genom-Heritage, without the ATK-reducing effect, which could be pretty useful

Lore correction:

 

"If this card has 2 or more Xyz Materials attached to it: You can detach all Xyz Materials attached to from this card (min. 2) and select to target 1 monster on the field or in either player's Graveyard; to have this card's name, Attribute, Type, effects, and original ATK and DEF become the that monster's name, attribute, type, original effects, and current ATK and DEF of the selected monster."

 

The slight issue i see here is that Dopple Jester cannot effectively replicate Xyz Monsters as it runs out of Material for any of their detach effects. Maybe change that detach effect to "detach 1" instead of "detach all" so that Dopple Jester has an opportunity to use an Xyz Monster's effect? Besides, it also loses the ability to change its mask when it does so.
