Therrion Posted September 19, 2013 Report Share Posted September 19, 2013 The card is hurt by the fact it can't Summon equal to the banished monster's Level, really limiting the Decks this card can be involved in. Another note of what hurts this card is the last, unnecessary drawback. Banishing is enough for an effect like this to be honest, and adding more drawback is overkill. The card serves little purpose unless it can Summon equal than from the hand. Consider removing the drawback (last one) since the cost is enough, and perhaps making it equal to or lower than.
