1 Tuner + 1 or more Non-Tuner Monsters. This card cannot attack the turn it is Summoned. When this card is Synchro Summoned: You can Destroy all other monsters on the field, and if you do, discard cards from your hand (min. 1) equal to the number of total monsters destroyed by this effect. Each player may only use the effect of "Thousand Emperor Disciple Nightwing" once per duel. Once per turn, during your Battle Phase: You can Banish 1 other card you control; Your opponent cannot activate any effects until the end of the Battle Phase.
The inspiration kind of comes from Hearthstone's Deathwing, which is pretty much a field wipe (but I guess BRD already does that). Originally, I had wanted to do something that lowers the level of a Level 6 or higher monster in your hand by 2, but I wouldn't know how good that would be, so I stuck on the last effect.

Also, I've begun to notice recently that a lot more cards are following the Magic trend of tapping, and not being able to attack the turn the card is Summoned. This might be good to help balance the game a bit.

If it wasn't obvious, I love the image.

Moving on, I'm happy to see a Synchro monster, but I feel dirty by feeling such happiness as I used to revile Synchros as much as I do Xyzs today. Not too crazy about the name since I don't really see how it connects to the image. I don't see an emperor or wings, and thanks to the whip she looks more like a disciplinarian than a disciple. As for her effect, I can't really see anything wrong with it. Even though she can nuke the field, she can't attack during the turn she does it, and the discard effect can potentially hurt you more than your opponent, so that's good. You might not need the once per duel stipulation, since it might be difficult to Synchro Summon her more than once anyway, but I guess I'd keep it for now unless someone else agrees with me. Doesn't really hurt the card at all. I really like the last effect. A strong cost for a valuable effect. That and the stats make this a good one. I give you a score of awesome.

The only grammar fixes I can think of right now are to put a line between the Synchro materials and the rest of the effects. That an, you should specify "Each player may only use this effect of "Thousand Emperor Disciple Nightwing" once per duel." That way it specifies the specific effect right before it, instead of leaving it up to player interpretation.
