lightswornGENEX
say for instance you have scrap dragon in your graveyard. can you use the effect of a scrap monster that basically says "select a scrap monster in your grave and ADD it to your hand" OR something like constellar ptolemy m7 that basically allows you to "target one monster in either graveyard and RETURN it to the hand" to basically return that scrap dragon from your graveyard to your extra deck? i know it is legal with pot of avarice since that shuffles into the deck without specifying what deck(being either main or extra)...BUT I AM NOT SURE IN THIS SITUATION..if you would be allowed to just do that with synchros...because it would seem too convenient for scrap decks to use those methods instead of using de-synchro.. thank you in advance. Wildflame
Yup it's legal. This topic, on the other hand, isn't.
Toffee.
For 1, Scrap decks don't play De-Synchro. They have no need for it.And 2, yes, you can do that. It's part of Scrap's recycling concept; Basically gives you unlimited Scrap Dragons.
evilfusion
Returning an Extra Deck monster to your hand or Deck is legal, so long as it's an effect doing so, and not a cost. Use the Rulings thread that's pinned in this section, rather than making an entire thread for question(s).
