Sora1499
Because The Immortal Bushi is a cool card and I want to make his deck better. I'm worried that the card does too much though. Comment, review, rate, hate, whatever. Enjoy!
When this card is Tribute Summoned: You can target 1 card on the field; destroy that target, then draw 1 card. You can Special Summon this card (from the hand) by banishing 2 Warrior-Type monsters from your Graveyard and 1 Warrior-Type monster from your hand. When this card is Special Summoned this way: You can target 1 Level 4 or lower Warrior-Type monster in your Graveyard; add that target to the hand. During your opponent's End Phase: You can pay 1000 Life Points; return this card to the hand. You can only control 1 "Stoic Samurai".
Darj
Only the first effect is the problematic one, because it gives you more advantage than a Monarch at the same cost, and Frognarchs would have a lot of fun with it; the rest of the effects seems fine and fair. To stick with the Warrior and Bushi theme, you could give a restriction so one of the first effects requires a Warrior-type monster as Tribute to trigger. Something like this: When this card is Tribute Summoned: You can target 1 card on the field; destroy that target, then, if this card was Tribute Summoned by Tributing a Warrior-Type monster, draw 1 card. Or you can swap the card draw with the destruction so it won't behave as a watered down Caius without Warrior support.
Sora1499
I like that first idea you gave. Totally forgot about Frognarchs, lol
