Maeriberii Haan
Because Xyz Summoning in the opponent's turn is the definiton of balance. 2 Level 8 monsters This card can be Xyz summoned during your opponent's battle phase using the appropriate materials. Once per turn, during your opponent's turn, you can discard 1 Spell or Trap card to attach 1 face-up monster on the field to this card as a Xyz material. When this card leaves the field, both players draw cards equal to the Xyz materials that was attached to this card, then put an equal amount of cards to the bottom of their deck in any order. BoricuaBeast
The fact that this can be summoned on your opponent's turn is a bit weird. That little effect that attaches monsters on the field to it as material on either turn without a downfall is kinda broke, despite the cost. I suggest either only being able to do it on your own turn, disabling attacking on your own turn, or both in that matter. Lastly, the final effect should send instead of discard, due to possible Dark World shenanigans.
Maeriberii Haan
Oops, forget that Grapha is a level 8, not a level 7. Also, I'll make the attaching effect only online on your opponent's turn.
goddamnit names are a pain
I think the Summon during the opponent's turn is reminiscent of Formula Synchron and T.G. Wonder Magician, which seems cool in my book. But I agree that the either player's turn effect is a little too strong. Now my post is a little late. =
