Must be Special Summoned by returning 1 card you control to the hand and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. If this card on the field would be destroyed return it to the hand instead, then target 1 WIND monster in your hand or in the graveyard; Special Summon that target. It's a Compulsory Evacuation Device with legs that returns to the hand when destroyed instead of going to the Graveyard and then replaces itself with any WIND monster, from the hand or Graveyard? Yeah, what made you think that it's balanced? Yeah sorry, wasn't thinking straight when i made this honestly, I plan on taking out that first effect completely and leaving it as a 1700 beater withe the second effect as a protection/revival? Any thoughts or suggestions? EDIT: So i reworked the card to make it a Nomi with a restriction that makes it that you can only control 1. I'm still sure your gonna bug me about the any wind monster SS. Since i dont know alot of WIND monsters/WIND support that can abuse this can you give me some examples? The fact that it's a floater for both effects and battle that continuously replaces itself with +s from the gy every time it floats. That's a big, annoying problem. Not to mention the fact that the summoning condition is preeeeetty abusable: fire formations, call, fiendish, divine wind, etc. I'd just scrap the card altogether tbqh. Any suggestions on what to change the second effect to? I wanted to make this a WIND support that can SS any wind monster, i'm really off on my cardmaking skills i know.
