On the actual card, it's a great way to make Ancient Sacred Wyvern in a pinch, and boosts Fairy Deck's consistency by a small amount. It allows you to get back Hyperion fodder, by making a Level 5 with Shine Ball, a Level 6 with Venus, or the aforementioned Level 7s with Bountiful Artemis, Jupiter, etc., and then further combo from that. The effect is pretty solid and has the potential to tie engines together for new decks to spring up, but in a fairly balanced manner. I like it.
