Dilong, the Dragon of the Earth, roars with a furious might. As he roars and ascends from the great ravines from where he dwells, he unleashes an unruly, relentless rage upon his foes. Though his use is indeed costly, an ally of Dilong can make use of his merciless force to crush foes who stood before his new master.

My main gripe with this card is that it can also attach your opponents cards to it as Material. OPT End Phase card removal as a reward for sustaining a huge-ass beater doesn't seem fair to me HOWEVER if you were to restrict the effect to only attaching your cards, it'd be fine.

The rest of the card is ok: BP immunity is nice for stuff like MF and the occasional BoM play, and the restriction is fair.
