Troubull Diver

If your opponent controls a monster, and all the monsters (if any) you control are Level 4, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). You can only Special Summon "Troubull Diver" once per turn this way. This card cannot be used as an Xyz Material for an Xyz Summon, except for the Xyz Summon of a Warrior-Type monster.

 

 
This actually looks pretty cool if your Deck is all Rank 4 centric and/or has Level 4 Tuners.
I mean, it's searchable via RotA and Warrior Returning Alive is, basically, a Reborn for it. It can team with copies of itself, it's playable through Tomato/Monk/etc, and it's artwork is adorable.
Plus, the icing on the cake is that it can make Dark End if your playing it with a Level 4 Tuner. The "Everything you control much be Lvl4" is a very minor drawback if your playing a deck accordingly, and monsters like Utopia are Warrior Xyzs with generic Materials(Or make Excalibur/Blade Armor if the other Level 4 is a Warrior)
All in all it's a pretty neat card, for being so simple.

I like it,

I'd love to use it for both synchros and Xyzs,

 

But for heaven's sake, it's a dog with a scuba mask. Why the bloody hell is it a DARK Warrior?

Wow I slightly misread it.  I read it as your opponent's monsters have to be Level 4.  It is decent at what it does.

Until I saw this name spelt as in the topic title, I didn't get the name at all. Now I wanna slam my face into a desk.

Card is decent, has the Magnet Doll clause but that's usually fine if You Go second.

Can't make key beetle as its only for warrior xyzs. Still a ery flexible card and has quige a bit of support going for it. RotA searchable is nice, and it can even give vylons more chaos food while letting them make their synchros and other xyzs. Still I can go run my Dark Ends and Blade Armors where I want how I want them in be right decks with some minor effort. I like it :3
