Not-so-Radiant Arin
1 Tuner + 1 or more Non-Tuner DARK monsters. You can Target 1 monster your opponent controls; It's ATK becomes 0, and you gain Life Points equal to half that monster's original (printed) ATK. This effect of "Thousand Emperor Disciple Bloodwing" can only be activated once per turn. When this card is destroyed by your opponent's card effect and sent to the Graveyard: You can Special Summon 1 of the Synchro Material monsters used to Synchro Summon this card from your Graveyard.
Vampires (ironically enough, given this card's effect of "stealing Life") are slowly becoming a thing. And I think this card might excite them a bit. Image Credit goes to Tormy-san.
Sora1499
Idk about Vampires, but Zombjes will surely like this. Apart from the Winged-Beast type (looks more like a fiend or zombie to me), the flavor is pretty good: sucking your victims dry, then being reborn from the grave. The primary effect is pretty good: gaining some life back and making an opponent's monster tiny on a level 6 synchro is not bad when you don't have anything to bounce for Vulcan or you can't afford to use Psyhemuth. The second effect is fairly balanced: a somewhat situational and interaction-based + from the grave isn't a bad thing on a card like this. The ATK is kinda puny though. I'd bump it up to 23. Lucas the Flame
I got to say that you should make it harder to summon, cause it just seems a little op, but just a little.

Lucas the Flame
Maybe make it a level seven and make the the effect only give you life points equal to half of the destroyed monster's attack.
