Lucas the Flame
Messenger Hawk Once per turn: you may add the top card of your deck to your hand and return, face up, to the deck, one card from your hand.

Fmalchemist
The effect is very creative,i like it,but de ATK is too overpowered for a LVL 4 monster.Maybe change is to 1700 or the LVL to 5?=D
Therrion
It is pretty much Card Trader, but on a monster body, making it not only more vulnerable but require a Normal Summon to boot. The card is pretty bad in that regard. However, the 2000 body is too much, and I don't see how a Messenger Hawk would be that powerful. Flavor wise, 1400ATK would be fit, but for the effect, nothing less than 1600 would do. At most 1900.

Trebuchet MS
Wait, you shuffle cards into the Deck... face-up? Is there a reason to this? Also, the effect wording is a bit awkward. You're making the card "draw" part of the cost, so that you keep the card you drew in case its effect gets negated. In fact, I could just chain Forbidden Chalice to this card's effect to keep the card I "drew", or better yet, stick an Axe of Fools onto it to keep getting free card draws. Is that intended? Therrion
It isn't the cost, it simply activates first. Their both serparated by commas, not ";", so it isn't a cost; effect, it is effect, then, effect. So, if it is negated, all of it is negated. Though, of course the wording is weird. Lucas the Flame
What about changing it to and instead of then?
Therrion
"Once per turn: You can activate this effect; reveal the top card of your Deck and add it to your hand, then reveal 1 card in your hand, shuffle that card into the Deck." I imagine that is correct/near correct. At the very least, more clear.
