Maeriberii Haan
2 level 7 WATER monsters Once per turn, you can detach 1 Xyz material from this card and discard 1 WATER monster to special summon 2 level 4 or lower Fish-type monster from your deck, but this card cannot declare an attack this turn. If this card would be destroyed, you can tribute 1 other WATER monster you control instead. Yeah, generic spam card for fishes. My worries is how to make this be on-par with Coelacanth without making this broke.
Sora1499
I don't like the last effect: grabbing back your Coelocanth for moar spam after your opponent gets rid of this card doesn't seem fair to me. The rest of the card is fine though.
Maeriberii Haan
Yeah, I guess the ability to dodge destruction and recycle coelacanth is a bad idea.
Therrion
Since it's harder to Summon, shouldn't it be better than its counterpart? Or, at the very least, on the same Level. And while yes, I know very well that Coelacanth is overpowered as all hell, I don't believe this needs to not only be harder to Summon, but also have the same cost and to top that off Summon less than Coelacanth. Though, this allows the Summoned monsters to attack, which is a nice trade off. I honestly don't see an issue in allowing this monster to attack, though. While yes, that is a lot of damage coming it, I imagine a dedicated Fish Deck (or Deck that uses a significant enough amount of Fish to consider this their "boss") would have some dificulty Summoning this and it'd be a somewhat "well deserved" type deal. Overall, I love the card, as I love boss monsters that rely on the little allies to be effective. Nice job Ain.
