Kito
When this card is special summoned to the field Target 1 monster on the field; return that target to the hand and inflict 100 X the Level of the monster to the owner. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the graveyard, Special Summon up to 2 "Evil Hero Familiar Reckless Goon" from you deck to your side of the Field. During either player's Damage Step, when a DARK monster you control battles: You can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard; that monster gains 1000 ATK, until the End Phase. The equipped monster gains ATK equal to the total Levels of all monsters you control x 100, and if it attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent. At the End Phase: Destroy all monsters Special Summoned by this card's effect.

Trebuchet MS
Right then. Could start with some card lore grammer and spelling fixing. I'll comment after correcting each card's OCG.
When this card is Special Summoned: Inflict 200 damage to your opponent. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard: Special Summon up to 2 "Evil Hero Fimiliar Goon" from your hand or Deck. If this card is sent to the Graveyard by a card effect: Draw a card. If this card is in your Graveyard when your opponent declares an attack: You can banish this card and 2 other "Evil HERO Familiar Goon" monsters from your Graveyard; negate that attack. When this card is banished: You can Special Summon 2 "Evil HERO Familiar Goon" from your Graveyard.
What baffles me is this last effect. You have to banish 3 copies of this card (or Goon Commander) to negate an attack, but when that happens, your Graveyard is now out of Goons and you have no cards to use for its revival effect. The only way I can see this last effect going off is when they are banished by other means.
"Evil HERO Familiar Goon" + "Evil HERO Familiar Goon"Must be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by returning the above cards you control to the Deck, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. (You do not use "Polymerization".) When this card is Summoned: Special Summon as many "Evil HERO Familiar Goon" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard, or any of your banished "Evil HERO Familiar Goon". If this card would be destroyed, you can destroy one "Evil HERO Familiar Goon" monster instead. This card gains 100 ATK for every "Evil HERO Familiar Goon" monster on the field, other than this card. After damage calculation, if this card battled a monster: Destroy that monster.
I'm going to assume a few things:You Special Summon Goon Commander via contact fusion, like how Neos does. When you mean "Goon" you mean "Evil HERO Familiar Goon" monster. This is to prevent accidental interactions with other potential Goon cards unless you have them planned in the near future.Still, it's relatively weak, even if fully boosted. Perhaps you can raise its stats a little?
When this card is Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 "Evil HERO Familiar Goon" from your hand. If you control a "Familiar" monster, your opponent cannot target this card for attacks. All "Familiar" monsters you control gain 500 ATK.
Okay, now I'm seeing a slight pattern here. Are you planning to make other "Familiar" monsters? Or is this card intended to also affect other "Familiar" monsters present in the card game?
If you control a "Evil HERO Familiar" monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). This card gains 300 ATK for each "Familiar" monster on the field. You cannot target "Familiar" cards while this card is on the field.
So... you can't target your own Familiars, but your opponent can. Is that intended? Also, what's "Evil HERO Familiar"? Perhaps it's something that you've yet to show in this thread?
"Evil HERO Metal Lord" + "Evil HERO Ant-Agony"All monsters you control gain 100 ATK for each monster you control. While you control another "Evil HERO" monster, this card cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects. Once per turn: You can target 1 "Familiar" monster in your Graveyard; return that target to the hand. All "Familiar" monsters gain ATK equal to their Level x 100.
Careful with how much you abbreviate your card name specifications. I'm very inclined to think that these cards are all designed around "Evil HERO Familiar Goon". In that case, take the extra effort to include the whole name(s) of cards you want this to interact with. Don't want this to be accidentally interacting with "Familiar-Possessed" monsters, do we? Trebuchet MS
Oh, more Goons. I see. Then, let me tweak some of my old errata since I know your archetype's intentions a little better. I'll also bold the changes I made so that your card grammar is a little more consistent.
When this card is Special Summoned: Inflict 200 damage to your opponent. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard: You can Special Summon up to 2 "Evil Familiar Goon Thug" from your hand or Deck. If this card is sent to the Graveyard by a card effect: Draw a card. If this card is in your Graveyard when your opponent declares an attack: You can banish this card and 1 other "Goon" monsters from your Graveyard; negate that attack. When this card is banished: You can Special Summon 2 "Evil Familiar Goon Thug" from your Graveyard.
Now that you have other Goon monsters around, this card can actually function as intended. No need to mention "Special Summon... to the field" unless you're specifying if it's to someone else's side of the field. Most instances of Special Summons are already understood to enter the field under your control. Damage is never abbreviated "DMG". Besides, this will also confuse some players over Dark Magician Girl.
When this card is Special Summoned: Target 1 monster on the field; return that target to the hand, and if you do, inflict damage to its owner equal to that target's Level x 100. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard: You can Special Summon up to 2 "Evil Familiar Reckless Goon" from your Deck. During the Damage Step, when a DARK monster you control battles: You can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard; that monster gains 1000 ATK, until the End Phase. When this card is banished: You can target 2 "Evil Familiar Reckless Goon" in your Graveyard; return them to the hand.
For simplicity, "either player's (insert phase here)" is changed to "the (insert phase here)". If it needs to specify whose phase, the card text would state it.I notice that Reckless Goon doesn't Special Summon copies from your hand if destroyed in battle. Is that intended?
When this card is Special Summoned: Inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each card in their hand. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard: You can Special Summon up to 2 "Evil Familiar Goon Thief" from your hand or Deck. If this card is sent to the Graveyard by a card effect: Send the top card of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard. If this card is in your Graveyard when your opponent activates a Spell/Trap Card: You can banish this card and 1 "Goon" monster from your Graveyard; negate that activation, and if you do, destroy it. When this card is banished: Target 3 "Goon" monsters in your Graveyard; shuffle all 3 into the Deck, then draw a card.
What's a "Theaf"? No, that doesn't exist in any dictionary. Did you mean "Thief"?I'm not comfortable with this card's S/T negation ability, especially since you're prone to seeing the Goons fill the Graveyard relatively easily. Getting around this negation ability will prove to be particularly difficult since the opponent would need to start running Graveyard banishing to stop it. A bit too strong there when something also happens if the card gets banished itself.
When this card is Special Summoned: Inflict 400 damage to you opponent for each face up monster they control. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard: You can Special Summon up to 2 "Goon" monsters from your hand or Deck. If this card is sent to the Graveyard by a card effect: Target 1 face-up monster on the field; destroy that target. If this card is banished: Target up to 3 of your banished "Goon" monsters; return them to the Graveyard.
Now this is where things get progressively wackier. Vandal working in conjunction with Thief? Nigh-infinite S/T negation. No way. Not fun at all. Do something about Thief's S/T negation ability, or reduce the Goons' ability to recycle their banished cards.I also didn't have much of an issue with the Goons' damage effects until this guy rolls around and Special Summons Goons for little to no cost. Opponent has a full field, you say? No problem, I'll Special Summon 2 more Vandals for 4000 damage. They die in battle afterwards? Cool, I get 2 Reckless and 2 Thieves to continue wrecking the opponent's LP without even touching the opponent in battle. You'll have to water down Vandal's and Thief's damage ability so that it doesn't get too out of hand, and to give player a reason to run Goon Thug. Because at this point, a flat 200 damage is nothing.
You can pay 500 LP to Special Summon this card (from you hand). When this card is Special Summoned: Inflict 500 damage to its owner. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard: You can banish this card from your Graveyard; Special Summon 1 "Evil Familiar Hired Goon" from your Deck. "Goon" monsters (everywhere) cannot be targeted by your opponent's card effects.
By "everywhere" I presume in the hand, Graveyard, Banished Zone, and Deck. Well, there are very few cards that target cards in the hand or Deck prior to resolution. After the odd shenanigans of Vandal and Thief, this card comes off as a little... watered down. Every other Goon inflicts damage to your opponent in one way or another, and this one inflicts damage to you... This sudden reversal of strategy is quite jarring. Kito
I notice that Reckless Goon doesn't Special Summon copies from your hand if destroyed in battle. Is that intended? Yes as it ability work form hand it also can be sumoned run into a monster summon 2 of its self bounce them to your own hand you take the 200 DMG and then can use them. I'm not comfortable with this card's S/T negation ability, especially since you're prone to seeing the Goons fill the Graveyard relatively easily. Getting around this negation ability will prove to be particularly difficult since the opponent would need to start running Graveyard banishing to stop it. A bit too strong there when something also happens if the card gets banished itself I thought that to was planing to swap it to a hand discard of 1 or something still mulling threw it.(any suggestions would be great) Thief Changed I also didn't have much of an issue with the Goons' damage effects until this guy rolls around and Special Summons Goons for little to no cost. (The point of thug is to keep you field full more Easy for the support cards, Updated his burn any way tho to 200x monsters u own) so about 1000 a pop if you got a full field Never thought about that. Goons do effect dmg to there lvl that y vandal is at 400 and thief at 300(Changed vandesl SS effect and only summons 1 goon now cant be him) After the odd shenanigans of Vandal and Thief, this card comes off as a little... watered down. Every other Goon inflicts damage to your opponent in one way or another, and this one inflicts damage to you... This sudden reversal of strategy is quite jarring. There reason being is he is the "hired" gun your paying for his services with lp is the general idea behind it and to mach the team his lvl is 5 so 500 dmg. The general them is u could take any goon and put it into a deck OR make a deck with them all i plan to have there be 7 total at this point releasing sum support cards latter tonight if all goes well. i want them to well keep swarming the field poking at lp and getting effects recycled. Thank you so far with the ocg errors and the effect problems ill see what I can do to fix it any suggestion is always welcome

Trebuchet MS
Alright, reviewing and once again, correcting the revised cards' OCG.
When this card is Special Summoned: Send the top card of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard. If it was a monster, inflict damage to your opponent equal to its Level x 300. When your opponent draws a card: You can banish this card and 1 "Goon" monster from your Graveyard to declare 1 card type (Monster, Spell, or Trap); your opponent reveals the drawn card, and if it is of the declared type, discard it. When this card is banished: Target 3 "Goon" monsters in your Graveyard; shuffle all 3 into the Deck, then draw a card.
Remember that you do not discard cards from your opponent's Deck. Any form of "discard" will strictly involve discarding from the hand.
When this card is Special Summoned: Target 1 monster in your opponent's Graveyard; banish that target, then inflict damage to your opponent equal to that target's Level x 400. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard: You can Special Summon 1 "Goon" monster from your hand or Deck, except "Evil Familiar Goon Vandal". If this card is sent to the Graveyard by a card effect: Target 1 face-up monster on the field; destroy that target. If this card is banished: Target up to 3 of your banished "Goon" monsters; return them to the Graveyard.
I'm starting to like how each Goon has their own theme in interacting with a certain card location (field, hand, Deck, Graveyard). But in retrospect, I realized that every Goon's "If this card is sent to the Graveyard by a card effect:" condition is extremely easy to meet. Card Destruction on a hand full of Goons will set off all their effects at once, and Foolish Burial lets me trigger which Goon's effect I want on demand. Then we mix this with Lightsworns...
Target 1 "Goon" monster you control and 1 monster in your opponent's Graveyard; banish the target in the Graveyard, and if you do, the name of the target you control becomes that of the banished monster, and control of it is given to your opponent. That monster is changed to Defense Position and cannot change its battle position nor be Tributed. While that monster remains face-up on your opponent's side of the field, your opponent plays with their hand revealed, and you can look at all Set cards they control.
Whew! This was a tedious effect to fix to PSCT.
Apply 1 of these effects:-When a monster would be Summoned: Destroy 1 face-up "Goon" monster you control; Negate the Summon, and if you do, destroy that card.-When a Spell/Trap card is activated: Banish 1 face-up "Goon" monster you control; Negate the activation, and if you do, Set that card.
Hmm, I'm not sure on how PSCT would word variable-effect cards when each effect has a different activation timing. I hope this is how it's done. Also, Assault.
The equipped monster gains ATK and DEF equal to the total Levels of face-up "Goon" monsters you control x 100. All face-up "Goon" monsters gain ATK equal to half the original ATK of the equipped monster. If the equipped monster would be destroyed, you can destroy another face-up "Goon" monster you control instead.
When you combine this card with the general swarm tactics of the Goons, it could get ugly fast. United We Stand admittedly does it better for a single monster, but this card gives a field-wide boost that can make an OTK.
When a Fiend-Type monster(s) is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard: Special Summon up to 3 "Goon" monsters from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard. You can Tribute one "Goon" monster to target 1 card your opponent controls; destroy that target. During the End Phase: Destroy all monsters Special Summoned by this card's effect.
Quite a number of design flaws in here. That second-last sentence would be a little awkward, unless you make it an effect those Goon monsters gain after Special Summoning them. Next thing is that the activation timing does not specify whose Fiend is destroyed, and how, meaning I could destroy an opponent's Fiend with a 1-for-1 card, then activate this card for more instant card advantage. Finally, destroying the Goons at the End Phase is to ensure you don't keep them on the field, but do note that several of your Goons have effects when they go to the Graveyard due to a card effect, like this one. Doing so will also give you an activation window for another copy of this card, starting the cycle all over again.
When a monster you control is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard: Reveal 1 Level 4 or lower "Goon" Monster in your Deck, then Special Summon all cards with the same name as the that monster from your hand, Deck, and Graveyard in face-up Attack Position.
I just intentionally destroyed my Goon Vandal in battle. Group Up! I reveal a second Goon Vandal and Special Summon 3 copies. Also the original Goon Vandal fetches Goon Thief, which could mill a monster for my Vandal to banish. Then all 3 Vandals' effects activate, and I begin banishing monsters from the opponent's Graveyard. Massive damage!
Target 1 face-up "Goon" Monster; equip this card to that target. The equipped monster gains ATK equal to the total Levels of all monsters you control x 100, and if it attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent. When The equipped monster attacks, your opponent cannot activate and Spell/Trap cards until the end of Damage Step. At the end of the Battle Phase: Destroy the equipped monster. When this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can banish 1 "Goon" monster you control; add this card from the Graveyard to your hand.
Remember to state which place you're banishing a monster from.
Target 6 "Goon" monsters in your Graveyard: Shuffle all 6 into the Deck and Special Summon as many banished "Goon" monsters as you can. At the End Phase: Destroy all monsters Special Summoned by this card's effect.
At least its activation cost is strict enough such that it's difficult to spam this card, but once again it's an easy way of triggering the Goons' "sent to the Graveyard by a card effect" effects.
During your opponent's Battle Phase: Change all "Goon" monsters you control to Defense position and place a number of Bank Counters on each one equal to its Level. During your next Standby Phase, destroy all "Goon" monsters you control with Bank Counters on them, then send cards from the top of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard equal to the total number of Bank Counters on those monsters. For every monster sent from your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard that way, inflict 100 damage to your opponent, also you gain 100 Life Points.
You were missing a multiplier. What happens if we don't have that?"I activate Robbery and Waboku.""End turn.""Standby Phase. I destroy all my Goons. Mill 14 cards.""I mill a total of 8 monsters among them.""So... I gain 8 Life Points, you take 8 damage."I'm certain we're not playing MtG here. I've left a 100 multiplier as a placeholder, do specify your desired multiplier.Okay, one big thing to fix: Tighten the activation requirement for each Goon monster's "If this card is sent to the Graveyard by a card effect". Perhaps a better option would be "If this face-up card you control is destroyed by a card effect and sent to the Graveyard" it'd be slightly less exploitable than Dandylion. Kito
Thx will swap them all to If this face-up card you control is destroyed by a card(maby even opponent on some of them) effect and sent to the Graveyard Afraid this set is done tho i had a lot more i wanted to do with it but i am now making an insect deck so all this work wasted T_T altho i know the OCG better for my insects now.
