Darj
Fix on Hurricane Sky: "Cloudian" monsters are not destroyed when they are changed to Defense Position --> "Cloudian" monsters cannot be destroyed by their own effects. Cloudian - Cirrus: ...You can target 1 "Cloudian" monster you control; remove 3 Fog Counters from that monster and Special Summon 1 monster with the same name as the target monster... From where it is Special Summoning the monster? From the 4th effect of "Cloudian - Haze", I understand that when a monster is Special Summoned it will get a # of counters equal to its Level/Rank. In that case, then the monster looks ridiculous. In combination with the new Field Spell, most of the monsters your opponent Summons will basically be dead after attacking, unless they are Rank 1-2 because Level 1-2 monsters with offensive capabilities are rare. I think you should scrap this monster entirely; the Field Spell already hurts them enough with the ATK drop. I think "Hyper Condensation" deserves an additional effect. A plain double-Summon looks boring, altough I know Cloudians would be doing crazy stuff with the counters generated after 2 Normal Summons so it's not like they need further support from this card. But some sort of +0 effect (protection, ATK boost, etc.) that triggers by banishing the Spell from the Graveyard wouldn't be bad.
