Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing Dragon-Type monster(s) from your Graveyard whose combined Levels are 8 or more. Once per turn, when a monster's effect that Special Summon itself is activated: You can discard 1 card; negate the activation and banish that monster. Then, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent. When this card leaves the field, you can target 1 of your banished Dragon-Type monsters: Return that target to your hand.

A card to counter Gorz's and Dragon Rulers' Special Summon ability ~~~ impressive ~~ XD

Some fix suggestion:

Once per turn, when a monster's effect that Special Summon itself is activated: You can discard 1 card; negate the activation and banish that monster. If you do, inflict 1000 damage to both players.

Though I can see this card to be used as a banishing engine in Dragon Ruler Deck.... which is kinda ironic.

Well, it's kinda annoying to see how Gorz is overused in the meta game these days, I guess I should do something about it, not to mention pests like plaguespreader, battle fader or stardust dragon, ect.

But even your worst enemy could become your greatest ally, if you know how to use the card right.

The amount of effort needed to bring this out makes it just a tad useless. You'd typically want to keep your field presence in a Dragon-heavy Deck, and since this is clearly designed to support Dragon Rulers, it would just be silly to Banish your 2 Blasters, which have 2800 ATK, or a 2600 monsty. I'd just make it 3 monsters from your Graveyard, since field advantage is crucial. I don't see it necessary to inflict damage upon yourself for stopping your opponent's plays, in all honesty. You can ditch the burn to yourself, since your opponent will typically play around it by Special Summoning their own monsters again and again to Burn you if you were already in a losing state. Think about it, I could play Dux -> Phalanx, Phalanx triggers this, 1k burn, Mysteltainn triggers this, 1k burn, Tempest triggers this, 1k burn. And given how E-Dragunities (just as an example) can easily create hand advantage, they'd be more than willing to risk a few cards to knock you down a couple of pegs. So, yeah, keep the burn to your opponent only, and they'll typically be sweating bullets when trying to play around this card.
